Обращаем Ваше внимание: Министерство образования и науки рекомендует в 2017/2018 учебном году включать в программы воспитания и социализации образовательные события, приуроченные к году экологии (2017 год объявлен годом экологии и особо охраняемых природных территорий в Российской Федерации).

КВН «Животные»



Автор работы: Романова Нелли Викторовна, учитель английского языка, Средняя школа № 82 город Ульяновск.

Описание работы: Данный урок будет полезен учителям английского языка для проведения в 6 классе, учебник М.З. Биболетовой «Enjoy English». Работа позволяет в игровой форме повторить и обобщить изученный материал по теме «Животные».



Цели и задачи:

Образовательные: обобщение изученного материала по теме «животные»; совершенствование навыков аудирования, чтения и говорения; совершенствование лексических навыков.

Развивающие: повышение уровня мотивации к изучению английского языка; развитие воображения и логического мышления.

Воспитательные: способствовать развитию чувства ответственности и бережного отношения к животным и природе; формировать умение работать в коллективе.

Оборудование: картинки с изображением животных; разноцветное табло из квадратов разного цвета, на которых обозначены различные буквы алфавита; эмблемы с изображением животного команды; карточки с предложениями; презентация; карточки с названиями животных.



Ход мероприятия

- Hello, boys and girls! I am glad to see you. Today we shall have a competition. Two teams will take part in our competition.

После каждого конкурса учитель дает детям звездочки за правильные ответы. После проведения всех конкурсов команды подсчитывают звездочки и определяют победителя.

Каждая команда заранее придумывает название команды, готовит эмблему и приветствие.



Конкурсы:



  1. Приветствие.

Team 1: Hello, dear friends. We are happy to meet you today. We wish you good luck!

We are squirrels.

Squirrel, squirrel in the park,

Your tail is like a question mark.

Your little nose is black and bright,

Your eyes are glittering with light.


When you run, you run in jumps.

Up the trees, around the stumps,

Over the grass and clover, then

Scooting up the trees again.


Squirrel, squirrel stop and see

What I brought along with me:

Something that is brown and sweet,

Something that you like to eat.


Squirrel, don’t you understand?

Here’s a peanut in my hand.

Team 2: Hello, dear friends! We are Swallows. We are glad to see you. Best wishes and good luck!



Eight little swallows get ready to fly

The weather is cold,

There clouds in the sky.


Eight little swallows get ready to go

Away from the winter

The ice and the snow to fly over the sea.


Eight little swallows fly high in the sky

We’ll come back next springtime,

But now it’s “Good bye”.


We are not saying “Good bye” to you,

We are saying it to wintertime,

We are saying “Hello” or “Good afternoon” to you.

  1. Конкурс “Coloured dream”

Показывается табло, состоящее из квадратов разных цветов, на каждом квадрате написана английская буква. Ведущий поочередно называет цвета, а ученики должны записать соответствующую этому цвету букву, в результате чего у них должно получиться определенное слово.

Например: (animals)



  1. Конкурс стихов о животных.

Учащиеся рассказывают ранее разученные стихотворения о животных.

Примерные стихотворения.

I love my dog.


I’ve got a dog.

His name is Jack.

His head is white,

His nose is black.

I take him out

Every day.

Such fun we have.

We run and play.

Such clever tricks

My dog can do,

I love my dog!

He loves me too!

Учащиеся отвечают на вопросы, выбирая из предложенных ответов правильный, и записывают соответствующую букву. При верно выполненном задании получится слово “book”.

Listen to the story and make up sentences to retell the text.

One day a fox met a tiger in the forest. The tiger rushed at the fox ready to tear him to pieces. But the fox was not frightened. He said to the tiger, “Don’t think you are the strongest animal in the forest. It is true that I am smaller than you, but people are less afraid of you than you are afraid of me. I can prove it to you now. Come with me to the road where the people pass by. I’ll walk in front of you and you will see that they run away as soon as they see me. After that you can tear me to pieces. The tiger agreed and they went to the road. Not long afterwards a group of travelers came along the road. As soon as they saw the tiger walking behind the fox they ran away terrified. “Do you believe me now?” asked the fox. The silly tiger was so frightened that he didn’t reply. He ran back into the forest. He really believed that the fox was a terrible dangerous animal.

Учащиеся зачитывают команде соперников свои загадки. Примерный текст загадок:

  1. It is long and green. It can be very aggressive. It likes to eat meat and fish. It lives in the water. What is it? ( a crocodile)

  2. It is big and brown. It likes to sleep in winter. It has a sweet tooth. It likes to eat honey, berries, fish and meat. It can swim well. It lives in the forest. (a bear)

  3. It is nice, cunning and clever. It is red. It likes to eat cockerels, hens and rabbits. What is it? (a fox)

  4. It is funny and clever. It can climb and jump very well. It can be big or small. It likes bananas. What is it? (a monkey)

  5. It is the second biggest animal in the world. It can eat 300 kilos of food and drink 200 liters of water. It lives in Africa and India. It is kind and clever. What is it? ( an elephant)

  6. It is very unusual. It cannot walk, it cannot run, it cannot fly. It can only jump. It has a front pocket and in the pocket it carries a baby. It lives in Australia. What is it? (a kangaroo)



  1. Конкурс «Домино»

Let’s play the game “Domino”. Here are some cards for each team. If you arrange them in a proper way you will be able to read the names of animals.

At the blackboard you can see some animals, write down the names of the animals. These animals are for this team, and these animals are for this team. Who writes the last animal, will be the winner.

  1. Конкурс «Домашнее задание».

Команды представляют заранее приготовленные плакаты и рассказывают о том, что они могут сделать для того, чтобы спасти животных.

Примерное содержание плаката:
