Тема урока: Living Things Around Us. Flora and Fauna of the British Isles.

Тип урока: работа с лексическим материалом по теме «Flora and Fauna of the British Isles» с применением технологии формирования критического мышления.

Цель урока: способствовать формированию целостного представления о мире.

Задачи урока:

1.                                          Учебные: активизировать употребление лексики по теме, совершенствовать речевые умения, навыки чтения, аудирования.

2.                                          Развивающие: развивать способность к умозаключению, развивать умение сравнивать и обобщать, способствовать развитию творческой деятельности обучающихся.

3.                                          Воспитательные: формировать уважительное и ответственное отношение к природе, воспитание культуры интеллектуального труда.

Социокультурная задача: привлечение интереса к проблемам окружающей среды.

                                                     Описание технологий

Формирование критического мышления	Обучение анализировать информацию (выделять главную мысль, умение сопоставлять полученную информацию с ранее известной), обучение обобщать информацию. При стадии процесса обучения: вызов, осмысление, рефлексия.
Разноуровневое обучение	Дифференцированные задания; дополнительные опоры для слабоуспевающих учеников.
Информационно-коммуникационные технологии	Демонстрационный показ слайдов.
Здоровьесберегающие	Игровые ситуации на уроке; нетрадиционные задания.

Оснащение урока:  компьютер, раздаточный материал, иллюстрации по теме.

1. Организационный момент.

Т.: Good morning, my dear boys and girls. Sit down. Do you remember our previous lesson on Friday? What did we speak about? Right! About Flora and Fauna of the British Isles and other countries. Today we are going to revise this material and then do some grammar.

2. Фонетическая зарядка.

 Т.: Let’s begin our lesson with the poem about the world around us.

Ученики слушают стихотворение, повторяют за учителем. Для слабых учащихся учитель раздаёт текст стихотворения.

           Look around and you will see:

           Berries, flowers, bushes, trees,

           Mountains are very high,

           Birds are flying in the sky.

           You can swim in the sea.

           You can climb different trees.

           All around us is nature,

           Full of wonders and adventures.

3.Целеполагание.

Look at the blackboard. Here you can see some national symbols. We are going to speak about nature.

Which of the animals are domestic?	P3: Domestic animals are pigs, rabbits, cows, dogs, cats. P4: Sheep, horses are also domestic animals.
Where do wild animals live? What wild animals do you know?	P1: They live in the forest, in the seas, in the mountains. P2: Tigers, lions, bears. Wolves are wild animals. P3: I also know monkeys, hares, foxes.
There are a lot of plants on the Earth. Can you name some of them?	P1: Yes, I can. They are roses, tulips, lilies, daffodils, forget-me-nots.

 5. Аудирование. In your books find ex.1, p.123. You’re going to listen to the tape 2 times and then say which sentences are true which are false.

6.Физминутка.  Now divide into 2 groups. Your task is to fill in the missing letters. The group which will be the first wins. На доске списки слов с пропущенными буквами.
