Цели урока:
образовательные: научить
высказываться о флоре места, где ты живешь;
воспитательные: помочь учащимся в
формировании экологической культуры;
развивающие: помочь учащимся в
формировании умения работать с текстом; помочь учащимся в закреплении знаний по
теме "Настоящее совершенное время."
Задачи урока: научить учащихся
составлять монологическое высказывание по теме "Растительный мир в месте,
где ты живешь"

1. The seahorse doesn't look like a
fish but in fact it is a small fish. There is a certain kind of seahorse which
is only 4 cm long. Seahorse is the slowest moving fish. It may take a seahorse
about two days and a half to travel 1 km, even if it moves the fastest it can.
2. About 5000 years ago the Sahara
Desert had a lot of grass and trees. How do we know about it? From the
paintings which people found in ancient caves. the painting about giraffes,
hippopotamuses and lions, people hunting and domestic animals grazing.
3. Some rabbits in North America
get their name from their unusually wide feet. Their feet are like snowshoes
and help the animal to move in the deep snow. Long hair grows on the sides of
the feet and between the toes. It keeps the rabbit's feet warm too.
4. The African ostrich is the
largest living thing bird. they can grow to be 2.7 metres tall. Ostriches have
the largest eggs of any living bird too. The egg shell is so strong that a big
man can stand on it and it won't break!
5. Ugly stonefish look quite like
rocks on the sea floor. So their enemies just don' see them.But even when they
do, stonefish are ready to fight with them. The fish has 13 spines on their
backs which are very dangerous not only for other fish but also for human
beings.
6. African weaver birds make some
of the most fantastic nests of all. The bird makes the nest from leaves and
grass. When it is ready, the nest looks like a ball hanging from a branch.

упр. 6. Speak about the flora of
the place where you live. Think about the following.
