Конспект урока в 8 классе по теме: « Спорт»,  подтема « Олимпийские Игры».

Цели урока:

Практическая:  развитие навыков устной речи в монологических и диалогических высказываниях по изучаемой теме; навыков поискового чтения, аудитивных умений.

Общеобразовательная: расширение общекультурного кругозора средствами английского языка.

Воспитательная: воспитание ценностного отношения к здоровому образу жизни.

Развивающая: развитие языковой догадки, мышления, памяти.

Тип урока: комбинированный

Оборудование: СД - диск « Профессор Хиггинс»,  презентация « Олимпийские Игры», мультимедиа проектор, ноутбук, CD диск..

What is the date today? - Today is the 25th of February. What day of the week is it today? - It’s Monday. What is the weather like today? - It’s cold, snowy and windy. 2. Фонетическая зарядка	5 min.	Before to pass to the topic of our lesson, listen to the proverbs and repeat them. Translate from Russian into English: 1.      Плохому танцору ноги мешают. 2.      Лучше одна птица в руках, чем две в кустах. 3.      Друг познается в беде. 4.      Минута час бережет. 5.      Не все золото, что блестит. Listen to the story and finish it using the proverb. Pete had a birthday. He dreamed about a present like a big black dog. But his father gave him a puppy. The dog was small and white. Pete didn’t like it. He was so unhappy. The boy was sad when he saw children with their dogs: feed, walk and play with it because….( a bird  in the hand is worth two in the bush). Today we’ll take the proverb about sport. It’s “Health is above wealth”. Do you agree with it? Why do you think so? 6. Основной этап урока.	15 min.	Open your books. Today we’ll  read the text about Olympic symbols - ex.2 p.108. Do the Task in your copybooks. Exchange your copybooks and check them up. Multimedia slide-show presentation “The Olympic Games”. (см.Приложение 1)	Учащиеся читают текст и выполняют задание - Соотнести Олимпийские символы и их описания. Взаимообмен тетрадями и их проверка (по ключу). Учащиеся знакомятся с презентацией и отвечают на вопросы после ее.	Cl T—Cl, P1—P2
6.1 Повторение грамматического материала	5 min.	Let’s move on to our grammar and review Present Perfect Passive. Open your copybooks. Do exercise №….: Football (play) for hundreds of years. The modern Olympic Games ( hold) since1896. The first Winter Olympic Games ( organize) since1924. Swimming ( include) in the Olympic programme since the first Olympic Games.
