dialogues:

2. — I'd like to

-Yes, sir. How many yen have you got?
-5000. What's the rate of exchange, please?
- The current rates are on the notice-board, sir.
II. You are at
the bank cashing the cheque. Make
up short dialogues according to the models:
1.— I'd like to
cash the cheque for 50 pounds, please.
- How would you like the money?
- Five tens, please.
The sum and the
banknotes (bills) are: 100 pounds — five tens, ten fives; 200 dollars — ten tens,
one hundred; 20 dollars — two tens; 30 pounds — four fives, ten ones.
2. — I want to
change these dollars. I have 250.
Change: 100
pounds; 3000 yen; 6000 euros; 150 roubles; 400 Turkish lira.
