Открытый урок по английскому языку в 7 классе.

Тема: «Are you worried about nature? »

Цель урока: научить школьников использовать английский язык как инструмент общения в диалоге культур современного мира.

Для достижения цели урока необходимо решить следующие задачи:

1. Образовательные:

- совершенствование умений и навыков аудирования, чтения и говорения;

- обобщение единичных знаний в систему.

2. Воспитательные:

- формирование основных мировоззренческих идей;

- трепетного отношения к окружающему миру;

- развитие навыков группового взаимодействия.

3. Развивающие:

- формирование познавательного интереса учащихся;

- обеспечение общего кругозора и связи изучаемого с явлениями и процессами реального мира.

Наглядные пособия и опоры: картинки, плакат с изображением дерева, нарисованные заготовки листьев, карточки, знаки, интерактивная доска.


  1. Организационный момент.

Т. Good morning everybody! I am glad to see you.

P. Good morning! Good morning! Good morning to you!

Good morning! Good morning we are glad to see you!

T. Take your seats, please.

Pupil on duty: Svetlana Nikolayevna, our group is ready for the lesson.

T. Good I hope nobody is absent today.

P. No, all the pupils are present today.

T. Today some guests are present at our lesson. I think we must greet them on behalf of our pupils. Would you like to do it, please?

P. I am happy to greet you on behalf of all our pupils. I hope you will be pleased with our answers. We like English and try to study it as well as we can.

T. Thank you, take you seat please. And so, let’s begin.

P. Oh, Zainsk, I’m in love with you!

  1. Сообщение темы урока.

T. Well, let’s start our work. Look at the board now. Read these words; think about the title of our lesson. Do you have any idea what the title of our lesson is?

P. I think it’s about nature.

T. That’s right. But what is the whole title of our lesson? Look at the board I’ve prepared a puzzle for you. If you put all these letters in correct order you will be able to name the title of our lesson.

(На доске слова с неверным порядком букв “ear uyo orriwde taboo atnrue?” Восстановите порядок букв в словах, учащиеся называют тему урока «Are you worried about nature?»)

T. Misha, name the title, please.

III. Целеполагание.

T. That’s it. What are we going to speak about?

P. We are going to speak about the world around us, about nature, rubbish and litter.

T. The result of our today’s work will be a project.

IV. Систематизация знаний учащихся по теме.

  1. Актуализация знаний учащихся по изученной теме.

1) T. Let’s start with the brain storm. Each group should write down the words and phrases which are necessary for today’s lesson.

(Учащиеся в группах пишут слова на карточках, а затем зачитывают вслух).

2) Now look at the blackboard. Here you can see some signs. What do these signs mean?

a) Береги природу! – This slogan means that we must protect nature.

b) Береги лес! – The slogan means that we mustn’t destroy forests.

c) Recycling! – We throw away so much glass, paper, metal and plastic. We mustn’t do that. We can recycle or reuse these things.

d) Air pollution – Our factories throw a lot of dirt into the air. We are polluting the atmosphere.

e) Endangered animals – Animals are in danger. We pollute the atmosphere and disturb the wildlife. A lot of animals are disappearing.

2. Совершенствование диалогической и монологической речи.

T. Children, are you worried about nature? (Слайд№2)

P. I’m worried about litter around. I find the problem of litter very worrying. I’m worried that a pond near my house is badly polluted.

T. What do you think about some environmental problems? That you have in your town or near your school?

P1. I think we should take care of trees and plants some new one.

P2. It’s nice when there are a lot of plants near school, besides trees make the air clean.

Well, children how can we help the Earth? What must we do with litter? How can we recycle or reuse the litter? There are special factories which recycle materials. We must sort the rubbish. Tell me please what kind of things can we reuse? And what kind of products can we get? (Слайд №3)

As you see, the ecological problems are dangerous. Man is beginning to understand that his environment is not just his own town or country, but the whole earth. That’s why people form the organizations that work to protect the environment from harm. Can you name the most famous of them? (Greenpeace).

  1. Совершенствование навыков ознакомительного чтения.

T. We have the report about this organization made by 3 reporters. By mistake they divided this report into 3 parts and mixed them. Read the text and put the paragraphs into the right order. (Слайд № 4)

B Greenpeace is an international environmental organization. It was founded in 1969 by a group of Canadian environmentalists. Members of Greenpeace appear in the places where the environment is endangered. They always act fast and bravely. The whole world knows about the Greenpeace actions to stop hunting whales or killing baby seals. They block the way to the ships that try to dump waste, and work hard to create a nuclear-free world. The activity of Greenpeace often annoys governments, companies and people who don't care about the future of the world.

A Sometimes Greenpeace activity can be quite dangerous. For example, on July 10, 1985, the Greenpeace ship Rainbow Warrior that was on its way to French Polynesia to protest against nuclear tests, was destroyed by French agents. It created a serious international accident.

C Greenpeace has offices in many countries of the world including Russia. People, who can't take part in Greenpeace actions directly, support this organization with money. Greenpeace members are often referred to as "greens". The "greens" are groups of people whose aim is protection of natural things, e.g. plants and animals.

T. Read the first paragraph. Now the second and the third. Check your answers on the screen. (Слайд №5)

Let’s make a project “Gold Tree”

Use the tree leaf, think a little and write your promise on it. Than you’ll read your promise and we shall make our Tree.

(Учащиеся пишут на листьях дерева свои обещания защищать природу).

To sum up our lesson lets make up the resolution of our theme.

What people should do and mustn’t do to save our planet.

(Учащиеся комментируют свои проекты на интерактивной доске).

IX. Подведение итогов урока.

T. Dear friends, our lesson is almost over. What have we done at our lesson?

P1. We’ve spoke English a lot.

P2. We’ve read the quiz.

P3. We’ve made a project.

T. And which part of the lesson did you like most of all?

P. I liked the quiz, the project….

T. And now look at the screen and listen to Alsu.

Работая над проблемой «Использование современных информационных технологий в преподавании иностранного языка» я нахожу пути решения через формирование у учащихся элементов познавательной деятельности, формирование качеств творчески думающей, активно действующей личности, выявление и развитие способностей к изучению иностранного языка, ориентацию на профессии, связанные с иностранным языком. К сожалению не всегда удается использовать компьютеры на уроках, но учащиеся часто к урокам готовят проекты и презентации дома, используя компьютеры. Наличие интерактивной доски в школе позволяет расширять творческий потенциал учителей. Использование технологии сотрудничества, новых информационных технологий, применяя личностно – ориентированный подход к учащимся позволяет реализовать деятельный подход к учащимся, интегрировать знания и умения.
