Урок английского языка в 6-м классе на тему «Наши домашние любимцы»
Цели урока:
Образовательные:
v Употребление модального глагола can в значении физической возможности совершения действия
v активизация лексико-грамматических навыков учащихся (использование словосочетаний прилагательное + существительное для описания домашних питомцев);
v развитие монологической речи по теме «Домашние питомцы»;
v развитие навыков восприятия речи на слух.
v Повышение мотивации к изучению английского языка.
v Воспитание чуткого отношения к животным
Оборудование: карточки с заданиями, презентация.
Ход урока.
I. Оргмомент.
- Good morning, children!
- I'm glad to see you!
- Today we have guests on our lesson. Let’s say “Good morning!” They are going to see and listen to you.
- Now we will continue to have a talk about domestic animals and your pets, what can they do and what can’t they.
II. РЕЧЕВАЯ РАЗМИНКА.
- We are going remember the names of animals and their characteristics. The pictures on the screen will help you. Слайд 3
a) Which of the animals are wild / domestic?
There are some pictures of animals on the screen.

III. Активизация навыков вопросно-ответной формы по картинкам.
I want you to look at the screen. You can see some children and their pets on the pictures.

На картинках изображены дети и их домашние животные.
What pet has a boy/girl got?
What colour is his/her pet?
What does he/she teach his/her pet?
What do you think about these children?
Ø Во время устной работы трое слабых учеников выполняют индивидуальное задание: найти соответствие между английскими и русскими пословицами и поговорками.
Translate the proverbs about animals and give Russian equivalents.

V. Развитие навыков аудирования.
Now we will listen to the dialogue between Misha and Robin.
Misha has a pet. Misha`s friend Robin has got a pet too. They will tell us about their pet. You must be attentive because you must answer my question:
v Who are Robin’s and Misha’s pets?
v What are they names?
При первом прослушивании – назвать питомцев и их имена.
- And now we will listen to the tape once more. You must tell me
v What can Nessie and Pafnutiy do?
v What cannot they do?
При повторном прослушивании детям необходимо назвать, что умеют и не умеют делать питомцы мальчиков.
Учащиеся говорят о том, что еще им было понятно из диалога.
VI. Обучение монологической речи по теме «Наши домашние любимцы».
Чтобы грядущий год был удачным, надо задобрить дракона. А как это сделать? Описать его и рассказать о нем как можно лучше.
Let’s speak about dragons.
I think now it’s time to speak about our pets. Imagine your pet is little dragon. Can you tell us about your pet?
Представьте себе, что ваш питомец – маленький дракончик. Вы сможете рассказать о своем питомце?
You will answer the questions and make up the stories. Then we will listen to the stories of your partners

o What can your pet do?
o What can’t your pet do?
o What does your pet like to eat?
o Do you like your pet?
Работа в группах. Ученики пишут рассказы о своих питомцах. Затем заслушивают рассказы друг друга.
Let’s sing the song about dragon.
I love little Dragon,
His coat is so warm,
And if I don't hurt him,
He'll do me no harm.
I'll sit by the fire
And give him some food
And Dragon will love me
Because I am good.
VIII. Итоги.
That's all for today. Your homework will be:
Draw a dragon and make up the story about it.
