1) ознакомление с лексическими единицами such и so;
2)повторение лексики по теме Shopping;
3)воспитание бережного отношения к деньгам.

-Good morning boys and girls. I am glad to see you. Please welcome each other.
-Great, sit down, please
-What date is it today?
-Who knows what day it is? Buy nothing day. People in America try not to buy food, drinks or clothes this day.
-Why do people celebrate this holiday?
-Good job! What day of the week is it today?
-Who is absent?

-People understand, money is not important thing in our life.

-Today we are going to do shopping. You will visit Tesco, the well-known supermarket in England.
III. Речевая зарядка
- Look at the screen. Here you can see 4 types of products: meat products, fruits, vegetables and dairy products. You are to think, then write the name of food that belongs to your group.
-Let’s take fruits. What fruits do we know?
- What can we cook using all these fruits? Discuss it in your groups.
-apples, bananas, oranges
-salad, juice etc.
IV. Тренировка навыков устной речи по теме Shopping.
-Open your books, p.115 and find ex. 7. We have 4 friends: Mary, Andy, Tim, May. They’re going to Tesco to do shopping. Look at the Tesco prices and say what this or that person can buy with the money they have. Look at the example.
-Look at the screen. Here you can see the names of departments. Now say where you can buy all these things.
-With £5 and 9 p I've got I can buy 100g of Nescafe coffee, 1 pound of English Cox's apples, 1 kg of chicken and 2 kg of potatoes.

-Look at the dialogues on p. 116. In these dialogues the replies are all mixed up. Put them in the right order. Work face to face, please.

- How to show anger or admiration in English?
Look at the screen. Here you can see 2 sentences.
1) I didn’t enjoy the book. The story was so stupid.
2) I didn’t enjoy the book. It was such a stupid story.
-What’s the difference?
-Such, so (так, такой)используются для того, чтобы сделать нашу речь более выразительной.
So + adj or adv+ noun
so stupid, so quickly
Such + adj + noun
Example: such a stupid story
-Let’s read the other examples on p.117
-to ask questions or with exclamatory sentences.

-In order to fix this information in your minds I would like to hand out sheets if paper. Fill in so or such. You are to do it one by one. Partner 1 do the 1st sentence in each paper…
