boys ! Good afrernoon. I am glad to see you at our lesson!

1. It is an island state. It
consists of two large island and several smaller ones. The capital of this
country is London.
2. It is the fourth largest
nation in the world. Three-quarter (3/4) of the country is washed by ocean. The
population of the country is 250 million people.
3. It is the second largest
country in the world. It is situated in the northern part of North American
continent and borders on the United States in the south and in the north-west.
4. It is the world's
largest island and its smallest continent. The continent is south of the
Equator. Much of the land is a useless desert. Most of the continent is sunny
of the year.
5. It is situated in
southwest Pacific. The country consists of two large islands. The
country has unusual animals and birds.

The next country is situated in the North
of American Continent. It is the second largest country in the world. The
official languages of this country : English and French.
What country is it?

Canada is the second largest country in the world. It is situated in the
northern part of North American continent and borders on the United Stated in
the south and in the north-west. The country is washed by the Atlantic Ocean in
the east and by the Pacific Ocean in the west.
The climate of Canada
is rather cold: winters are usually long and snowy and summers in Northern
Canada are short and cool. Summers in Southern Canada are longer
and warmer.
Canada is divided into ten provinces. The biggest provinces are Quebec (which is the largest province of Canada), British Columbia and Ontario. The capital of Canada, Ottawa, is
situated in Ontario. English and French are
the two official languages of the country.
The flag of Canada has two red vertical stripes and a big middle white vertical stripe with a
red maple leaf in the centre. Queen Elizabeth II is not only the Queen of Great
Britain, but of Canada as well. Every Canadian province has its own
government.
Montreal is the largest city in Canada. Toronto is the second largest city in Canada,
Niagara Falls is the most beautiful place in Canada. Tourists from all over
the world come here to enjoy the view of the Canadian Falls.

Заключение
В сегодняшнем мире роль иностранного
языка важна и неоспорима. Знание иностранных языков открывает нам совершенно
другой мир, дает возможность общаться с людьми, живущими в другой стране,
узнать их быт, традиции, культуру.
Большую роль в создании оптимальных
условий иноязычного общения играет проведение нестандартных уроков,
ориентированных прежде всего на личность, способствующих
самовыражению личности. Наблюдения показывают, что учащийся с удовольствием читают интересные
тексты на иностранном языке, самостоятельно готовят презентации и активно
участвуют на уроке, если материал подобран с учетом их индивидуальных
способностей.
Дифференцированный подход при обучении
иностранному языку является удовлетворением познавательных потребностей и
сильных, и слабых учащихся с учетом их индивидуальной подготовленности,
индивидуальных качеств каждого.
Использование различных видов
деятельности на уроке способствует формированию познавательного интереса,
развитию коммуникативных умений, совершенствованию лексико – грамматических
навыков. Сформированное в ходе урока личностно-ориентнрованное общение, основано на интересе
человека к человеку, на доброжелательном, тактичном, уважительном
отношении собеседников.
