Abstract.
The
traditional system of physical education at school does not provide the
necessary volume of organized motor activity involved in the modes that ensure
education of physical qualities. It requires close connection between all forms
of physical education at schools, because the lack of purposeful motor activity even in a relatively short period has
a negative impact on physical development and physical fitness of the person.
Introduction.
In
accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "About Education»,
health of children is a priority of the state policy in the sphere of
education. According to the Russian Ministry of Health, only 14% of children
are almost healthy, more than 50% have different functional abnormalities,
35-40% - chronic diseases.
Important
factors that adversely affect the formation of children's health and growth of
disease is a low motor activity and poor physical education of children.
Results
and discussion.
The traditional system of physical education at school does not provide the
necessary volume of organized motor activity involved in the modes that ensure
education of physical qualities.
Long-standing
practice of physical education lessons aimed at limited effect does not meet
the requirements of the training lessons. It does not allow using the
possibility of improvement of the basic physical characteristics of the child’s
by means of sports training.
It
requires a close connection between all forms of physical education at schools,
because the lack of a purposeful motor activity even in a relatively short
period of time has a negative impact on physical development and physical
fitness of the person.
The
studies by S.V Sadykova show that since the seventh grade there is a decrease
in popularity of physical education lessons. The reasons that students do not
engage in physical culture and sports are lack of free time, fatigue, due to
the large volume of learning load and so on.
Scientific
studies have shown that physical education
of three
lessons a week for 45 minutes each recommended for secondary schools is not
enough. In this regard, traditional and non-traditional forms of work on the
formation of an active relation to physical training, self-study exercise are
central to improving the health of the population.
For
clarification and evaluation of temporary forms of extra-curricular
opportunities in physical education of pupils all forms of work with them
according to the program were studied.
In
the calculations, the following provision of time in a school day mode was determined:
-
Gymnastics before usual lessons – 10 minutes;
-
Physical Warm Up – 10 minutes;
-
Pause for Physical Training
– 5 minutes;
-
Mobile Break – 20 minutes.
As
a result, we get an extra physical education lesson of 45 minutes to Physical Education
lessons that are included in the school curriculum. The received time will bring a
positive effect in increasing motor activity of pupils at school.
Conclusion.
Thus,
the traditional system of physical education does not provide locomotors
activity necessary for the development of pupils at physical education. Most of
them are not able to meet their needs in the chosen sport. Thus, the resent
research of many scientists focused on finding the optimal combination of base
and variable components of the content of programs of physical education of pupils
with individual identity of their sporting interests and abilities. The closer connection between all forms
of physical education at schools is a way to increase a motor activity of
pupils at school.
