revise the last material.
Educational aim: to revise school subject,days of week ,time and Present Simple Tense;
Developmental aim: to develop the pupils’ speaking skills

Organizational part: Greeting. Working with pupils on duty.
Checking for
homework and
revision of the previous
lesson:
Revision of the
words. Pupils remember the
words from the past lesson. Checking homework. Marking pupils for
their homework.

Activity 1 Listen and
repeat. 5 min
Objectives: to warm
up; to create an English speaking atmosphere.
Say: ‘Listen to
the song and repeat.’Watch the DVD and sing the song “Time”

Mind the clock and keep the rule:

Ask pupils :What time

and consolidate Present Simple Tense

Если он,оно,она
,форма «DOES» тогда нужна
С остальными
буду “DO” ,и прошу иметь в виду
Если «DOES»
к вам в гости влез,основной глагол без «S»
Ну а если «not » поставишь,отрицание добавишь
А когда вопрос
идет «DO» и «DOES»

5a.’ Make sure all your pupils
look at the textbook and point to Activity 5a.
Summing up 5 min
Use the phrases ‘Good job!
Well done!’ and ‘Keep trying!’ for assessment. Some teachers use rewards like
colourful cards or stickers. We should be very careful as this can create
unhappiness and even tears. It is better to say that you like his or her work,
or put it on the display, or read aloud the story the child created.
NOTE: If you have
enough time for Optional Activity ¹ 5b, you can do it with your pupils.
Optional Activity 5b
Work in pairs. Read and point.
Objective: to
consolidate days of week ,school subjects and conjunction ‘and’ Point to Activity 5a and say: ‘Let’s look at
Activity
5a.’ Make sure all your pupils look at the textbook.
Demonstrate with one of the pupils. Read the sentence:I have English on Monday
and Wednesday. Ask the pupil with a gesture to show the picture according to
the sentence. The pupil points to the picture. If he/she points to the right
picture (picture 5), say:
‘OK. Good.’
Grammar: Present Simple tense
Assessment:
Marking pupils
according to their homework and activities during the lesson.
Home task: Homework is given according to the academic
plan.
