Пешеходная экскурсия по центру Москвы на английском языке.
Этой
замечательной экскурсией мы с ребятами учебного объединения «Языкознайка»
(третий год обучения ) завершили тему «Москва и ее достопримечательности» ,
которой занимались в апреле –мае текущего учебного года. Экскурсию
полностью проводили дети. Идея экскурсии и возникла у детей, а я и родители ее
с удовольствием поддержали. Все получили огромное удовольствие.

Today we
have a walking tour in Center of Moscow. We will visit Red Square , the
Kremlin, Aleksandrovsky Garden and other attractions of Moscow. We will go
down Volkhonka street and can see Christ the Saviour Cathedral, the museum of
fine arts of Pushkin, national library of Russia, galleries of Russian artists
I. Glasunov and A. Shilov. We will visit the Christ Saviour Cathedral and the
church of icon Kazan mother of God.

can see the Christ Saviour Cathedral. It is the main Cathedral of Moscow. It
is great and beautiful. Let’s go inside.

the museum of fine arts of Pushkin. It is famous for collection of paintings
by Goya, Degas, Monet, Renoir and other.

national library of Russia. It is one of the largest libraries of the world. It
is 150 years old. There are about 18 million books in this library.

Aleksandrovsky Garden. It is near the Kremlin and Red Square.

This is
Red Square, the
Center of Moscow. There are a lot of attractions on Red Square: St. Basil’s
Cathedral, the Museum of History, Lenin Mausoleum, Spasskaya tower, department
store, Minin and Pozharsky monument, the church of icon Kazan mother of God.

This is the Museum of History.
It is
more than 130 years old . The architects are Shervood and Popov. It is one of the
largest museums of Russia.

St. Basil’s Cathedral . It was built in 16th century. It is symbol of Red Square and
Moscow. It is very old and wonderful. It has got 11 bright domes.

Behind this wall is the Kremlin.
The
Kremlin is the Center of Red Square. There are a lot of attractions in the Kremlin: the Tzar
Cannon, the Tzar bell, a lot of churches and museums, Congress palace.

This is
Minin and Pozharsky
monument. It was made in 1818 by Ivan Martos in thanksgiving for liberation of
Russia from Poland.
