Family and friends. My father`s hobby.
To improve students reading, speaking, listening and writing abilities doing different tasks.
Objectives of the lesson
Educational: to teach children the grammar Past Simple Tense. Practice saying the words with long a,ay,ai sound.
Developing: to develop pupil`s listening, speaking, writing and reading skills by doing different tasks.
Upbringing: to invite them to be more active, creative.
Pupils should do creative works and work together or individually.
Stages of the lesson

Before we start our lesson, let`s practice pronunciation of some English sounds. Listen and say after me.

-What was your home task for today?
- Children, please tell me do your parents have any hobbies? What do they like doing in their free time? Ok, thank you. So, today the topic of our lesson is My father`s hobby.

Yes, my father`s hobby is playing football. My father`s hobby is watching movies.
Past simple, Positive form
We use Past Simple to speak about actions in the past.
Children should understand the using of the Past Simple Tense. They must be able to make sentences.

Pupils must repeat and write down the new words to their dictionary.
They must be able to translate the new words and understand their meanings.
