Introduction T: Good morning, dear children! Sit down! Who is on duty today? What date is it today? Who is absent today? Warm-up What’s the weather like today?  Presentation  of the new material 1. Brainstorm. (Мозговой штурм) Read this poem Many wonderful things to hear, to see Belong to you, belong to me! The sun, the trees, the grass, the sky The yellow moon that’s passing by. The blowing winds, the birds that sing Bright autumn woods, gay flowers of spring, The cold long winter with snow so white, The running rivers, the stars of night. What is the main idea of this poem? What about is this poem? (Pupils) The poem about the environment About the nature It is about our life. This poem is about everything around of us. The main idea of this text to show us all delights of life/  T: Today we speak about the problems of our environment: the problems of our home – planet. This problem is widely spread by TV, radio and the press. The problem of ecology Read and learn the new words. Write them down  into your vocabularies. Industrialization, threat, to threaten, to deprive. Ex. I p. 67 Read and translate the text. Grammar. Explaining the modal verb ‘should’ Should is used to express what the speaker thinks is right or the best thing to do. It expresses mild obligation, or advice. Practice guided use of new material Working with the poster. What we should do to protect the environment? Pupils write their opinion. We should preserve natural resources. We should take care of living things We shouldn’t cut the trees around our houses We should protect woods and forests. Answer the question and tell what we must do for our country? Production  independent use of new material The ecological program: - So, as you see, ecology is one of the global problems nowadays. What should you do? Make up your ecological program. Air -- People must care about forest. Factories and plants must not throw gas and smoke into the atmosphere. Water -- Factories and plants must not throw chemical and toxic wastes into the river and sea. People not throw rubbish and trash into the rivers and lakes. Ground --- People must not throw trash and rubbish in the street and in the forest. They must recycle it. Wildlife – People must car about animals and plants and they should not kill animals for the fur. People must not cut down so many trees. answer the questions: 1 What is happening to the Aral Sea? 2 What regions are in danger? 3 How does ecological catastrophe affect the population in the Aral Sea area? 4 What do scientists do? 5 Do you believe that the Aral Sea will be saved? Homework Answer the questions and write essay about the global ecological problems. Exercise 10, 12	Teacher greets with the pupils.  Asks questions about weather. Teacher presents a new material by reading a poem. Pupils must guess the topic of the theme. Teacher asks questions about the poem. The pupils try to answer. The teacher introduces with the theme of the lesson. The pupils learn the new words and write them down into their vocabularies. The teacher explains grammar material the use of the modal verb ‘should’. The pupils work with the poster and write their opinions. The pupils answer the questions for  what they must do for the country.   The teacher and the pupils make conclusion on the theme. Every pupil say one sentence about the ecological problems and its decisions. The pupils fill up their assessment cards.
