План-конспект урока по английскому языку в 5 классе
Тема: Travel to the land of knowledge (Путешествие в страну знаний)
Учитель английского языка: Бочкова О.В.
Тип урока:
обобщающий урок-викторина в форме игры.
Цель - обобщить
знания учащихся по теме «Путешествие в страну знаний», совершенствовать
общеучебные умения и навыки.
Задачи:
Образовательная –
углубить и расширить знания учащихся по теме, активизировать навыки говорения,
закрепить лексический материал;
Развивающая –
формировать навыки самостоятельного решения коммуникативных задач, развитие
речи, внимания, памяти;
Воспитательная –
повысить интерес к изучаемому языку, формировать навыки коллективной
деятельности.
Сопутствующая – закрепить
грамматический материал: повторить разделительный тип вопроса.
Оснащение:
мультимедийная установка, презентация.
Раздаточный материал: карточки с заданиями, жетоны.
Ход урока.
1.
Приветствие (2 мин).
T: Good afternoon, boys and girls
I’m glad to see you.
P: Good afternoon, teacher
We are glad to see you too.
T: Sit down please.
Who is on duty today?
What is the day today?
What is the date today?
Who is absent today?
T: Let’s begin our lesson!
Today we will travel to the land of
knowledge. We will do different interesting tasks, to dance and of
course to speak English!

Let’s do gymnastic for our tongues, repeat the
sounds and words.

Look at these words they’ll help us to know the mean of
traveling – train - поезд
We’ll go to the land of knowledge by train. And we have to
pass some stations here they are -
- Intelligent
- Talkative
- Athletic
- Curious
- Serious
Now you should divide into 3 groups: red, blue and green.
I. So, let’s start. Our first station is Intelligent-

1) Translate my words form Russian into English. You
must raise your hand quicker than other teams and translate the word or
word-combination.

2) I want you to look at the blackboard now. You can see
some English words there. But some letters are missing. Will you put some
missing letters to complete the words?

II. Ok I like your work. Our next station will be –
talkative. All of you are passengers today. Usually people in trains have a
talk.
1) Translate
the sentences.

- My mother is not going to Moscow at the weekend.
- Your sister is going to visit her friend tomorrow.
- You are going to visit your granny on Sunday.
- Are you going abroad next summer?
2) Competition
of dialogues. You should make up a dialogue answering the questions (one
dialogue from each team).

III. But our next station is
Athletic – Спортивная. Let’s have a rest and we will dance under a
merry song. Listen to the music and repeat the movement after me.

IV. So we are at the curious

You see Peter Golovin wrote an
answer to Mr. Wooding and I would like you to read it. And then I’ll read you
some sentences from the text your task will be to say are they true or false. You
have 1 minute.
