Цель урока: активизация лексики по теме «Food and drink» и закрепление ее на практике

Задачи:

Образовательная:

-познакомить учащихся с лексикой по теме

-повторить и закрепить лексический материал по теме «Food and drink»

Развивающая:

-развить креативное и критическое мышление

Воспитывающая:

Воспитать чувство уважения, дружелюбности, сотрудничества через практику ценности «Праведное поведение»

Beginning 5 mins	Teacher greets students; students respond to greeting Teacher offers pupils to make a “Circle of joy” and say about food or drink they like, beginning the sentence with the words I like… and take their places. Dividing  into groups Teacher asks the pupils to come to her and take the fruit from the ‘magic bag’ and sit with his/her partner from group: apples, pears, kiwis or oranges Teacher introduces lesson objectives to the students.			apples, pears, kiwis,  oranges
Middle 27 mins	Brainstorm ( 5 min) Teacher offers pupils to work in groups and put the mixed letters in the pocket in the right order Presentation of new words (5 min) Teacher puts up the My food poster on the board and says: apples.  Asks pupils to come to the board and point to the apples, repeat with the remaining food items from the previous lessons, then plays the What’s in your basket? From the previous lesson, encourages the  pupils to sing alone Making a poster (7 min) Teacher suggests to fill the baskets with the necessary fruits and vegetables, using the pictures of them, then checks their answers  Dynamic break (3 min) Teacher offers to have some rest by doing some exercise repeating the actions of the children in the video Drawing a ‘magic tree’ ( 5 min) Internal integration The teacher gives to each group a picture of tree and explains the activity. Writes on the board: like and love. Explains to the pupils that these words are synonyms and they should draw on their ‘magic trees’ the food they like/love and say to whole class. Working with the song  (5 min) Teacher gestures with her hand and says: I like and I don’t like,  the pupils repeat after her, follows the same procedure and presents the rest of the song “I like milk” song, plays the CD, pupils listen to the CD, and sing it as a whole class Playing the guessing game (5 min) Teacher plays the DVD and puts questions to each group, the group which gives the right answers will be the winner Revising ABC (5 min) Teacher gives pupils the task, where they should put the letters in the right order			Pockets with letters the My food! poster Track 05 CD2 Posters, pictures, glue Video A4, felt tips, pictures of tree Track 02 CD2 A3 AB, stickers
End 3 mins	Reflection Teacher puts the pictures with plates on the board and asks the pupils to draw the food that they want to eat or drink right now on the stickers and put on the plate			the picture of plate, felt tips
