Урок английского языка в 6 "А" классе с применением электронных образовательных ресурсов.

Тема урока: Я люблю читать

Цели:

1) образовательная: развитие навыков чтения и умения передавать прочитанное, расширение кругозора учащихся о разных видах жанрах;

2) развивающая: развитие психических процессов связанных с речемыслительной деятельностью( внимания, памяти, мышления);

3) воспитательная: воспитание чувства любви и воспитание бережного отношения к книгам.

Тип урока: систематизация знаний.

Межпредметная связь: литература англоязычных стран.

Учебно- методическое обеспечение: учебное пособие" Английский язык. 6 класс" автора Н. В. Л. Юхнель. Минск, 2014.

Необходимое оборудование и материалы для занятия- телевизор, DVD- проигрыватель, наглядность, раздаточный материал.


Ход урока

1. Организационный момент:

T: Good morning, pupils. Sit down, please. I'm very glad to see you. How are you? What is the weather today? How is your mood?

2. Постановка целей:

T: Today we'll have an unusual lesson. Today we are going to speak about one of the most wonderful things in the world.

3. Введение учащихся в атмосферу иноязычного общения:

T: Now look at the blackboard. Here you see the riddle. Let's guess it.

It has no mouth, but speaks.

It is not alive, but it can be a good friend.

It is not a tree, but it has leaves.

What is it?

P: It is a book.

T: Right. As you understand today we are going to speak about the books and the types of books.

4. Речевая разминка:

T: Now, look at the blackboard. Here you see the quotation. Let's read it.

" Life without books is as a tree without leaves".

T: How do you understand it?

P1: I think life without books as poor and unhappy as a tree without leaves.

P2: Books play the important role in our life.

P3: Books bring pleasure and delight.

5. Развитие навыков чтения и умение передавать прочитанное:

a) предтекстовый этап:

T:Books play an important role in our life. Books have enormous influence on the minds and hearts of people.

T: Dasha ,do you like to read the books?

T: Margarita, Why is reading useful?

T: Dima, what is your favourite book?

T: Artem, what books do you enjoy?

T: Ok, now we'll read the text about books. But first of all, look at the blackboard. in this text there are some new words for you.

hardworking- трудолюбивый

spoil- портить

author- автор

strict-строгий

joyful- радостный

well-bred- воспитанный

б) текстовый этап ( фронтальное чтение):

T: You must read this text and do the plan in pairs.

Books

It goes without saying, books are our teachers and friends. They teach us to be kind, clever, polite, hardworking and friendly. Books help us to learn more about nature, the world around us and many other things.

There are a lot of books on history, about animals, travellers, children, school and so on. Children like to read adventure and magic books, science fiction and detective stories. They enjoy stories, short stories, novels, fairy-tales, fables and poems.

We must keep books clean and tidy. We must not spoil them.

I am fond of reading, too. I like to read fairy-tales. My favourite book is "Mary Poppins". The author of the book is Pamela Travels. She is famous English writer. The book tells us about wonderful adventures of children with their magic nurse Mary Poppins. She is my favourite character. She is kind and strict at the same time, joyful and tactful, well-bred and very pretty. Mary Poppins is popular with children.

T: Ok, in this text you have met a lot of types of books. Now, let's make " a book-tree". At the blackboard you see the tree. You must match the types of books to this tree.

T: Ok, now I give you cards with the task. You must say which of these sentences true or false. If the sentence is false you must correct it.

T:Ok. Let's continue our work. Now I'll give you cards with the next task. You must answer the questions:

4. What books do you enjoy?

5. Must we keep or spoil books?

6. Are you fond of reading?

7. What is your favourite book?

T: Ok, now look at the blackboard. Here you see the sentences in Russian. You must find these sentences in the text, translate them in English and then match them.

1. Само собой разумеется, что книги- наши учителя и друзья.

2. Дети любят читать книги о приключениях и волшебстве, научную фантастику и детективы.

3. Книги помогают нам больше узнать о природе, о мире вокруг нас и о многих других вещах.

4. Книги должны быть чистыми и аккуратными. Мы не должны портить их.

T: Now I check how you remember the text. You must complete this text by the suitable words from the text.

8. Заключительная беседа:

T: Thank you very much for your work. I hope that you'll remember how to keep your books.

9. Объяснение домашнего задания:

T: At home you must prepare the story about your favourite book.

10. Рефлексия:

T: Did you like our lesson? What have you known today? Now, take a card from our tree with the type of the book which you would like to read today.

11. Подведение итогов. Выставление отметок:

T: And now I give you your marks: Dima-8, Nikita- 9.
