you some gestations/ What countries do you know? (kids giving their variants)/
What nationalities do you know? (kids giving their variants)
c) Presenting countries and nationalities
T: OK very good I see you already know a lot, but now we’ll
get to know more, open your books on p36 and find ex 1. There are two columns,
1-countries, 2-nationalities, we will listen to the speaker to know how to
pronounce them correctly and meanwhile you match the country with the
nationality.
2. Writing
work
a) Answering
questions
T: now look at ex 1b, here Natasha is telling about herself,
let’s read her story.
T: What’s her nationality? What country is she from? (kids
giving their variants)
T: Very good. And now you will answer questions about
yourself in writing. Let’s read them and translate.
1.What is your name?
2. Where are you from?
3. What nationality are you?
4. What language do you speak?
5. What language do you want to speak?

yourself to your partner. (kids reading)
T: now I will ask you questions about you partner. What is
his/her name? What is his/her nationality? Where is he/she from? (kids
answering questions)
c) Physical
activity break
T: Are you tired? Let’s have a little break. Stand up and
repeat the moves after me. First time we’ll do it slow, but then quicker and
quicker and the last one will be very quick.

d) Reading
the letter
T: Now look at the blackboard. What is it? Right this is a
letter. Let’s read it and then you will answer my questions. Who is it from?
What’s his nationality? Where is he from? How many languages does he speak?
(kids giving their answers)
Hello! I’m Max. I’m 12 years old.
I’m from the USA. I’m American.
I have got many friends. They are British,
American, Australian. But I haven’t got
French and Japanese friends. Have you got many
friends?
What nationality are they?
Best wishes, Max
