І. Organization moment:

T:   How are you?

S-s: We are fine and you?

T:    I am very well, thank you!

S-s: Today is the …

T:    Who is on duty today?

II. Warming up:

-         Let’s answer these questions as quickly as possible

-         What day is it today?

-         What time do you get up in the morning?

-         What time do go to school?

-         When do you go to bed?

-         When was you born?

-         When is your birthday?

-         Now try to describe our classroom with using prepositions.  

III. Checking the homework:

-         What was your homework?

-         Our homework was Ex. 9 p. 205 to write and make a presentation about our house.

Fill in: through, next to(x2), in, on or under.

This is Sam`s kitchen. he is standing 1)..... the cooker because he is cooking something. There are eggs 2) ......... the frying pan. Prepositions of place:

at +  house number (at 23 Oxford Street) / home/ school/ university/ work/ the bus stop

Prepositions of Time:

How do you get ...... here to the museum? Well, the museum's on the other side of the town and it takes about half an hour to get there on foot.

There's a bus stop ..... the front of the station, but you'll need to buy a ticket before you get ..... the bus.
