Isaak Levitan was born on August 18, 1860 in intelligent,but a poor Jewish family. Isaak began to show tendencies to drawing early and in 13 years he entered to the Moscow school of painting.
Levitan had great teachers. For example well-known mobile art painter V.G.Perov, Polenov and Savrasov who noticed talent of the young artist, tendency to the image of the nature and Levitan's diligence.
The first serious work is a picture “Autumn. Day in Sokolniki.“(1879)
