  The day of adoption Of the Declaration of independence of the United States in 1776, which proclaims the independence of the United States from the Kingdom of great Britain; celebrated in the United States on April 5. Independence day is considered the birthday of the United States as a free and independent country.

  The holiday reminds that the Declaration of Independence was adopted on July 4, 1776. On July 2, the second continental Congress voted to approve a resolution of independence that Richard Henry Lee of Virginia proposed in June.] At that time, residents of the 13 British colonies, now United States territory, were at war with the British king and Parliament because the British Parliament in 1764 issued the "currency Law." This law forbade the administration of the American colonies to issue their own, unsecured and uncontrolled printed money and obliged them to continue to pay all taxes with gold and silver coins .
  The law forced the colonies on a gold standard. The war began in 1775. The Declaration of independence was drafted by the Committee of five, headed by Thomas Jefferson.   Celebration
  Independence day is a national holiday, accompanied by Patriotic ideas. Like other summer celebrations, Independence Day is most often celebrated outdoors. Independence day is a Federal holiday, so all non-essential Federal institutions (such as the us Postal service and the us Federal court) don't work that day. Many politicians raise their ratings on this day, speaking at public events, praising the heritage, laws, history, society and people of their country.

  Families often celebrate Independence Day by having picnics or barbecues with friends, if it is one day off, or, in some years, when July 4 falls on Saturday or Sunday, and therefore transferred to the next Monday, they gather for a long weekend with their relatives. Ornaments (such as ribbons and balloons) are usually red, white and blue — the colors of the American flag. Parades are most often held in the morning, while fireworks are arranged in the evening in parks, on Fairgrounds or city squares.
