  The main national symbol of Great Britain is the traditional English breakfast. So says the majority of residents of the United Kingdom.
  English breakfast is the food for a fan because it is very nutritious, high-calorie, but this one may be enough for lunch all day. In additional, this is one of the few pillars of British cuisine.

  My recipe of Classic English Breakfast will consist of…
  “Egg In A Basket”
  Oatmeal
  Tea
  Let’s start!

  For a start, “Egg in a basket”
  
  
  It is an egg, fried on(inside) piece of bread.
  To prepare one portion we will need:
  
  1 piece of bread
  1 egg
  Olive oil
  Salt and Pepper to taste.

  STEP I.
  Put the pan on the stove and pour there some oil.

  STEP II
  Break an egg and separate the protein and the yolk

  Salt and Pepper the yolk

  Then put a piece of bread on the heated pan

  Fry the bread of both sides and put the yolk on it

  The second one will be oatmeal…
  …it’s a porridge made of oat.
  Oatmeal Is good for health. Daily consumption of a bowl of oatmeal can lower blood cholesterol. In the1997 by the decision of The Food and Drug Administration that food with a lot of oat bran or rolled oats can carry a label claiming it may reduce the risk of heart disease when combined with a low-fat diet. This is because of the beta-glucan in the oats.
  But enough information, let’s get down to the cooking…

  So, for preparing 1 portion of oatmeal we will need…
  Milk ( 250 ml )
  Oatmeal ( 100 g )

  Put the pot on the stove, pour there milk and bring it to the temperature but don’t boil.

  Okay, while the porridge is boiling, I would like to cut an apple, because I think, that taste of apple is very good combined with taste of oatmeal.
