Nowadays according to the contemporary level of the development of our country, when Kazakhstan tries to reach the world standards in all spheres, to get into the number of 50 the most competitive countries of the world - communication with different ethnic groups is inevitable.

The aim of the study is to establish the realization of various productive technologies as interactive forms of teaching, forming and developing speaking skills, based on experience; to define more optimal ways of lesson-planning able to increase the level of language knowledge, the same time supplying informative communicative activity and making the aims achievement stable.

The concrete subject of report is
- the quest of optimally progressive ways of Foreign Language Teaching at secondary and high public schools, able to influence productive work of independent and interconnected pedagogical process of teaching;
- production of topical cases of interactive forms of target language teaching for effective development of students’ communicative activity with recommendations in their usage;
- to analyze the productive ways of speaking skills development;
- to learn how to express your ideas more exactly;
- to develop the ability to correct your own mistakes

For producing the study are given following tasks:
1. to define contemporary technologies able to
provide the increase of foreign language
knowledge, promoting communicative
cooperation work aimed at educational
development and pedagogical upbringing;
2. to substantiate succeed usage of advanced
ways and to describe their realization in
English language teaching process;
3. to give methodological recommendations in
implementing new interactive forms of skills
development;
4. to meet learners’ needs, both external and
psychological.
