Тема: «Keeping fit».
Цель: реализация практических навыков обучения на
языке в устной и письменной форме по теме на основе коммуникативного метода
обучения, формирование планетарного мышления учащихся.
Задачи: совершенствовать устно-речевые навыки учащихся
и развивать их речемыслительную деятельность на основе изучаемого материала по
теме, используя элемент метода проектов (составление коллажа и его защита),
тренировать навыки письма, аудирования и чтения с извлечением информации,
развивать предметные и надпредметные навыки обучающихся.
Ход урока:
1.
Вступление.
Teacher: Good morning! Sit
down.
I’m very glad
to see you here again. How are you? How are things?
(ученики отвечают)
Today we have our 4th
lesson on the unit «Sport is fun». Our topic today is «Keeping fit». The aim of
our lesson is to discuss what we must do to keep fit. We shall sum up the
information you have got already fnd show our practical skills on practice. I
hope our lesson will be interesting and informative today as we are going to
watch a video-clip about baseball, write letters to our Russian sportsmen who
are going to take part in the Olympic Games in Sochi in 2014, make a collage
how to keep fit fnd speak on the topic and do many other tasks.
And now, let’s begin our work with some phonetical exercises. Listen to the
tape and repeat all together. We shall train some sounds. Now, let’s begin. We
call this work
«warmign up».
(прослушивание пленки и повторение за диктором звуков и
слов).
Thank you! And now I want to
know what you have learned already on the topic «Sport is fun».

2.
Аудирование текста.
Teacher:
Now, I think it’s high time to listen to the tape and do a short test. Anna and
Mark answer the correspondent’s questions about sport and fitness. You will
have to listen to the tape for 2 times and then mark on the papers the correct
variant of answer. Take the papers, please. (раздать листочки)
Look at the blackboard! Here are some new English words you’ll hear in the
text. Now, listen to the tape and pay attention, please!

Now,
do your tests! Mark the correct answes.
(ученики выполняют тест)
And
now I’ll give you the keys to these tasks and you can check your work by
yourselves and put marks.

3.
Написание письма
спортсменам зимней олимпиады «Сочи -2014».
Teacher:
And now, I want you to sigh these cards. Let’s imagine that you write to the
sportsmen of the winter Olympic Games of 2014. Do you know where will the
winter Olympic Games of 2014 take place? (in Sochi) That’s right. A month ago
Russian sportsmen took part in the winter Olympic Games in Vancouver, Canada
and I think they were not very successful. So, let’s incourage them gor the
future victories. Take these handmade cards.
(Раздать открытки, ученики подписывают, попросить 2-3 человек зачитать,
что написали).
Give
up your cards, please. I’ll look them through and ay your marks next time.
(собрать открытки).
4. Физкультминутка.
Teacher:
Well, I think you’ve got tired a little. Now, let’s do some physical exercises.
Ann, will you help me?
( выходит ученица, проводит физ.минутку)
Stand
up and look around,
Shake
your head and turn around,

your feet upon the ground,

your hands and then sit down!
Well,
OK, thank you! I think you feel much better now and we continue our work.

Работа над
коллажем.
Teacher: And now, please, I
want you to make a collage. It will be called «Keeping fit».
Your hometask for today was
to think it over how people can keep fit and to bring different pictures and
photos for your work at the lesson. I’ll give you some pictures and
statesments to help you. After finishing your work be ready to speak on the
topic «Keeping fit», using your collage. I think we shall divide into 2 groups.
Now, let’s begin!

6.
Работа над текстом.
Teacher:
Well, thanks a lot for your collages. And now, open your Student’s Book at page
104, exercise 16. Here we have a short text. Your task is to look through the
text and answer these questions (look at the blackboard):

And
now, let’s read the text aloud.

7. Просмотр видеосюжета «Baseball».
Teacher:
Well, I want you to watch a video-clip. Look at the blackboard. Here are sme
new English words you’ll come across while watching the clip. They are:
a bat – бита (спорт.)
fan – болельщик

return a ball – отбить мяч
to
catch – ловить
team

Please,
be very attentive! Your task is to guess what sport it is and say some words to
comment what you have seen.
