3. Познакомить с
основными предсказаниями по поводу будущей жизни, с новыми высокотехнологичными
изобретениями.
4. Развивать умения
говорения, чтения, аудирования, письма; совершенствование грамматических
навыков. Развитие
творческого мышления, воображения.

and the pictures. Explain the meaning of the title (imagining what the future

think sometimes you talk to your friends about future, ask questions and answer
them. How to do it in English?
We
use will to make predictions about the future based on what we
think or imagine. We often begin our sentence with the words: I think, I`m
sure, I believe.
Example:
I think life will be very different in 2100.

future simple.

of several words and the grammar structures you have learnt in today’s lesson. Use
them to make your own sentences about future life.

think that we will discover other planets and we will go on holidays there. I
also think that everybody will have their own robot that will do all their work
for them and we will have more time to play. However, I don’t believe that we
will have robot teachers because we will always need real teachers.

T: At home you are
to think what your predictions for the future are. You can use ideas from Ex.1
as well as your own to write a short text similar to the ones on p. 46. You can
draw pictures. Use ideas from Ex. 1 to help you and your own ideas.
