L.A.: Good evening, dear
friends. We are glad to see you at our “Holiday Travel Party”. During the whole
month you did a lot to learn about British and American holidays: Guy Fawkes
Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. Today we’ll have a magic travel from one
holiday to another and stop to speak about your achievements. Stay with us,
have a nice time, a lot of surprises are waiting for you.
Well, there are no
reasons to omit and forget this wonderful and unique holiday:

In 1605 Fawkes and
his friends planned to blow up the Houses of Parliament with the King James I
inside. However, the plot was discovered, they were arrested and later executed
for treason. English people like this holiday: they light bonfires, set off
fireworks. If Guy Fawkes was a failure, the students of chemical profile (who
are magicians today) are not. I hope they’ll manage to fire something right
now.

popular in the United States of America.
Brave English
Pilgrims started their dangerous travel to America in search of freedom. Do you
remember the name of their ship? Yes, right. And now listen to the song “The

to survive but with the help of native Indians Pilgrims managed to do it. In
autumn they gathered together around the table to thank the Lord and each

Christmas Eve and people all over the World are waiting for magic, wonder and
miracle. Meet the students of chemical profile with their winter experiment.

Christmas tradition? The main tradition is giving and receiving gifts. Children
of primary school also prepared their presents in Santa’s workshop. They made
Christmas cards, learnt poems and sang songs.
So, I invite
