it necessary to eat breakfast?
Hello,
my name is ... . I love fast food. I can even say that I cannot live without
him. Every day I go to a fast food cafe and buy 3 liters of cola, a hamburger
and french fries. I am ready to eat only these foods.
To
tell the truth, I don’t understand why people say that fast food doesn’t lead
to anything good. What about me, I am as cheerful and fresh as before.
Of
course, breakfast is very important, but I can't say that my breakfast starts
with fast food. I prefer to buy pastries at a fast-food cafe and have it
practically every morning.
I
have never eaten only healthy food; it seems to me that it is not delicious
at all! Without salt, without sugar ... Such food is definitely not for me…

Your
eating habits can lead to serious health problems. Of course, you feel quite

convinced that healthy food prolongs your life and health! Healthy and
balanced diet is useful for every person. We depend on food as well as the

contain different nutrients for our body. Some supply us with carbohydrates,

of three children and can say for sure that breakfast is the most important
meal of the day. The day depends on breakfast. Breakfast should be nutritious
and contain many vitamins. I usually cook eggs for my children, green tea and
give a piece of black chocolate. All the above helps to improve the work of
the brain, which is important for schoolchildren.
Of course, it is
worth saying that buying only healthy food is expensive, but high-quality of
vegetables and fruits are worth a lot. However, I am ready for anything for
the health of children.
By
the way, sometimes I allow children to buy fast food, because in small
amounts and no more than once 2 months, it will not affect the health of my
children.
