II. Warm up and telling the theme of the lesson:
The them of our lesson “The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, branches of the State Power, the role of the President in the political life of Kazakhstan”.
Last year we celebrated the 20th of the independence of Kazakhstan. It’s a very important event in the life of the country. We became eye – witnesses of many countries’ achievements devoted to the jubilee celebrations. Thanks to the President of Kazakhstan, we marked this portentous date in the history of our country.
Answer the question: What do Kazakhstanis love and honuor our President for?
He takes care about people of Kazakhstan
He thinks about Kazakhstan and its future
He increases pensions, salaries, scholarships
He keeps peace, stability, friendship in Kazakhstan
He tries to make our Kazakhstan a developed and flourishing country
Thanks to him Kazakhstan is known all ever the world
He tries to improve people’s well-being
Who is the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan? You see that meaningfulness of Nursultan Nazarbayev is of great importance. He is known all over the world. A lot of books have been written about him. He takes an active part in the political life of Kazakhstan and in the world. Nazarbayev and Putin took the lead in making Euro- Asia Unity.
All of you know that on the 28th of January Nursultan Nazarbayev addressed to the people of Kazakhstan with his annual message.
The name of it is “Social – Economic Modernization is the major vector of the development of Kazakhstan”. He defined ten directions of the fur the development of Kazakhstan.

Who makes laws in Kazakhstan? (Parliament and its members (Mps))
What do you know about the constitution of Kazakhstan?
It’s the main law of our life. The constitution consists of 9 units and 98 chapters.
The Day of the Constitution is celebrated on the 30th of August. The first Constitution was adopted on the 30th of August 1995.
What do you know about the functions of the Senate and the Majilis?
The Parliament of Kazakhstan consist of two houses: the Senate and the Majilis.
The Senate, shall be composed on deputies elected in twos from each oblast major city and the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Fifteen deputies of the Senate shall be appointed by the Presidents of the Republic term the form of the Senate six years.
The Majilis shall consist of one hundred and 7 deputies. Ninety seven shall be elected in constituencies having one mandate.
Ten deputies shall be elected on the bases of the party lists.
Term of the power of the Majilis deputies shall be 5 years.

5. Who might be elected to the parliament of Kazakhstan?
I think a citizen of Kazakhstan who has lived in Kazakhstan for the last 10 years. A deputy of the Senate may be a person achieved the age of 30, having high education and practice of work not less than 5 years and being a resident of Kazakhstan not less than 3 years.
A deputy of the Majilis may be a citizen of Kazakhstan by birth not younger than 25 years old.

In my opinion Mr. Speaker a citizen shall be eligible for the office of the President must be a high educated person, famous by his affairs on the favour of Kazakhstan, well known in the world a great patriot of his /her Motherland. As the President of Kazakhstan shall be the symbol and guarantor of the unity of the people and state power, inviolability of the Constitution¸ rights and freedom of an individual and citizens.
I think Mr. Speaker, that a citizen may be eligible for the office of the President of Kazakhstan must be not younger than 40 and had a perfect command of the state language.
Mr. Speaker, I agree to the statement that a citizen maybe eligible for the office of the President of Kazakhstan, must be know by his contribution to the development of our country, but at the same time he must be a resident of Kazakhstan for not less than 15 years.
Mr. Speaker, to my mind our future president must be an honest and respectable man as the President of Kazakhstan shall be elected by universal, equal and direct suffrage under a secrete ballot for a seven year term in accordance with the Constitutional Law by the citizens of the Republic. Regular elections of the President of the Republic shall be held on the first Sunday of December.
Mr. Speaker, I agree with the previous speaker that the future president must be an honest and respectable man. It’s a very important fact/ but I want to remember that the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take office from the moment of Swearing of the people the following oath. (Tell the oath). The oath shall be taken on the second Wednesday of January in a ceremonial atmosphere.

A citizen may be eligible for the office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan if he is not younger than 40 and had a perfect command of the state language, a resident of Kazakhstan for not less than 15 years. He must have high education, practice of work, be well – know in the country and in the world by his contribution in the3 development of Kazakhstan. He must be an honest and respectable man.

A: You are right He defied ten directions of our further development in education, medical service, agriculture, economy, industry and so on.
