T: What is the differences of respect and politeness.

Politeness is the way you treat others because that is the correct way to interact with everyone. Respect is how you treat others who, in your estimation, have conducted themselves in a high manner, either through results/ skills, bravery or altruism.

On the 19th of November at 10 o'clock in the morning Mrs Akmaral came to the Russian Trade Delegation.

Akmaral: Good morning!My name is Akmaral.I'm from Kazakhstan and Aktau.I've got an appointment with Mrs Nurai at 10.15.

Inkar:Good morning,Mrs Akmaral.Mrs Nurai is expecting you.Will you take a seat,please?

Akmaral:Thank you.I'm a bit early,actually.

Inkar:That's all right,Mrs Akmaral.

Inkar:In a few minutes Mrs Nurai comes downstairs to meet him.

Nurai:Oh,Mrs Akmaral,it's nice to see you here.How are you?

Akmaral:Fine,thanks!And you?

Nurai:Pretty well too,thank you.This way,please.

Inkar:They come into the conference room and take their seat at the table.

Nurai:Would you like a cup of coffee?
