Урок в 7 классе по теме «How to Tackle our problems»

по УМК М.З.Биболетовой


Цель урока:

  1. Активизация навыков устной речи по теме «Проблемы подростков».

  2. Формирование навыков устной речи.

Задачи:

  1. Активизировать материал по теме «Look at teenage problems: School education (Unit 3)».

  2. Развивать умение построения диалогов.

  3. Учиться высказывать свою точку зрения.

Формы работы: фронтальная, парная, групповая.

Методы работы: проблемно-поисковый, наглядный, словесный.

Педагогические приемы: построение диалога путем «снизу вверх» (без опоры на текст, отталкиваясь лишь от тематики и проблематики обсуждаемых вопросов).

Оборудование: 6 картинок с изображением ситуаций из жизни подростков (прил.1), карточки с проверочной работой (2 варианта), презентация


Ход урока

  1. Организационный момент. (2мин.)

Звучит музыка «hello» (слайд 2 ссылка на слове «hello»)

- Good morning, girls and boys. (Good morning.)

- Nice to see you. (Nice to see you too.)

- How are you? (we are fine, thanks. And how are you?)

II. Основная часть. (Актуализация субъективного опыта. Постановка цели) (20 мин.)

(Слайд 3)

1.- I want you to look at the blackboard. You can see six pictures on it. What are the teenagers talking about? What moments of their lives can we see?

P - I think, all these pictures are about teenagers’ problems.

T – Yes, you are right. What do you think the theme of our lesson today?

P – I suppose, we’ll talk about teenagers’ problems.

T – How will we do it?

P – By asking and answering questions and expressing our own opinions.

T - That’s right. Today we’ll speak about teenagers’ problems and how to tackle problems.

T - But what problem can we see on this picture?

  • Problem of pocket money

  • Smoking.

  • School problems.

  • Conflicts with parents.

  • Conflicts with sisters or brothers.

  • Conflicts with friends.

  1. Problems can be more important or less important. Write down which of these Problems are more important or less important in your opinion. (слайд 4)

  1. Let’s repeat words, their meaning and pronunciation. (слайд 5)

  • problems

  • teenagers

  • to be fed up with

  • to be depressed

  • to call names

  • to smoke, smoking

  • to be frightened

  • Trouble

  • cool

4. Please, divide into 3 groups. Read the letters ex.126 p.89. (слайд 6)

The 1st group letter A, The 2nd group letter B, The 3rd group letter C. I give you 1 min. Then answer these questions. (слайд 7)

1. Who is the author of the letter? How old is she (he)?

2. What is his (her) problem?

3. What is the reason of the problem?

4. Have you got the same problem?


5. Now let’s do ex.128 p.90. (слайд 8, 9) Please read the reply. Do you agree with Jackie?


IV. Физкультминутка. (2мин.)

T – Stand up.

Close your eyes and count till 5.

Turn your heads on the right.

Turn your heads on the left.

Nod your heads ahead and back.

Sit dawn, please.


V. Применение знаний. (10мин.) слайд 10,11.

Взаимоконтроль и коррекция. Проверочная работа. (Карточки с заданием на 2 варианта. После выполнения задания учащиеся проверяют друг у друга, а затем корректируют с помощью слайда.)

Nowadays a problem of smoking is very actual. A lot of teens like to look older, that’s why they obtain bad habits like smoking, drinking, taking drugs, etc. And it often leads to bad ends. Moreover, you may have problems with health. So I want you to watch video.

1) нарисовать буклет или плакат о вреде курения, защитить его. Критерии оценивания: отражение идеи, красочность, четкость выступления (творческое задание по желанию).

2) Упр. 138 стр. 91 (по заданию)

Краткое описание документа:

Урок составлен на основе учебника "Enjoy English" М. З. Биболетовой для учащихся 7 класса. На уроке используются технология сотрудничества, компьютерная технология. Презентация облегчит восприятие лексического и информационного материала. Ребятам будет предложено повторить лексический материал по теме и использовать его для монологической и диалогической речи. Учащиеся работают в маленьких группах, помогая друг другу. В конце урокаподростки самостоятельно выводят решение проблем, опираясь на прочитанные тексты. Видеоматериал о вреде курения имеет воспитательный эффект для подростков.
