Good afternoon, pupils. How are you? I' m glad to see you at our lesson today. For the beginning let's stand up, hold neighbor's hand and smile each other and during the whole lesson only smile and  let's sing a song "Greeting"

T: And now pupils  we have surprise for you. Your classmates have prepared for you videos in their kitchens and divide with you by their recipes. Let's watch and listen to them. Put on your headphones and listen to them attentively.

1)According to these recipes make up Venn diagram.

                                                   Baursaks

}  First of all in blend bowl  …..  3 cups of water , then add 4 table spoons  of sugar and 1 table spoon of salt . After that we ……. 2 cups of flour and 10 grs of yeast. Let's ……. it for 30 minutes .

}   Next, we add in this mixture 2 eggs , oil and rest of the flour and then ……. the dough, and again we leave  it for 30 minutes.

}   Finally …… the dough, …… into the shapes and start to ……: It should be fried on average fire .

                                          Chocolate cake

}  For the first you ….. eggs with sugar. ….. glass of oil. Then we ….. 1 glass of milk. Next we …… 2 tablespoons of cacao powder. You need to …. thoroughly all ingredients. Finally we …… flour and baking powder. After stirring we …. it in the oven for 30 minutes with temperature 180 grade.

  Pancakes

  To make better you need the following:

  - 1 cup of flour  - 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  - 2 eggs

  - ½ teaspoon of salt

  -  2 tablespoons of sugar

  - 1 cup of milk

  - 1 tablespoon of cooking oil

1) Combine and mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.

2) Spoon the batter onto the hot frying pan; cook on both sides until golden brown.

3) Serve the pancakes with honey or jam

                                             Fruit salad

INGREDIENTS

·         3 slices pineapple 

·         1 banana

·         1 orange

·         1 apple

·         1 pear

·         2 kiwis

·         1 bunch mint

·         1 pinch ground cinnamon

·         4-5 tablespoons yogurt (sour cream) 

Number of servings: 4

·         Wash all the fruits under running water. Then peel them.

·          Cut the fruits into medium-sized square chunks

·          

·         Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon over the fruits.

·         Add any yogurt (or sour cream) to the salad.

·          

·         Your fruit salad is ready to be served. Garnish it with some mint leaves.

                                                                                                Sandwich

To prepare the sandwich on an English recipe, we will need the following ingredients:
 

·         Bread

·         Lettuce

·         Ham

·         Cheese

·         Cucumber

·         Tomato

·         Mayonnaise

·         Butter


Take bread, cut it into equal slices flat and fry on each side only in butter, until Golden crisp.
Then, cut thin slices of ham and cheese, then the small circles cucumbers and tomatoes. The well-toasted toast, put lettuce and slices of fresh cucumber put the sliced ham, cheese, tomato slices.
Put the lettuce, the second toast and the sandwich is ready.
