The aim of the lesson:

-To develop speaking and reading skills, teach the pupils to work in the group, to help each other;

-To teach expressing the opinion, to give more information about English language, English speaking countries.

-To bring up, educate a comprehensive person, to respect elders, love juniors, to bring up humanity.

The type of the lesson: Motivation game

The visual aids: saying, a map of  English speaking countries, a blackboard, a diagram

Methods: 4 mat lesson planning. Interactive.

The plan of the lesson:

1)      Org. moment

a)       greeting

b)      dialogue between teacher and pupil                                                

2)      Checking homework

3)       Main stage

Worm-up:

Learning is a treasure that will follow its owner everywhere.

Language learning has a beginning, it has no end.

A language learner once, a language learner  always.

Today we’ll speak about school subject, especially about English. Knowing foreign language gives you a chance to exchange information with people from other countries. Naturally we want to know as much as possible about each other. Kazakhstan has always been a country of free people.

OK, now who wants to tell me about your school subject?

My favourite school subject is English… because…

English around the world. Let’s think why it is said so. “Do you speak English?” – this question is most frequently heard when people from different countries gather. Although there are about three  thousand languages in the world. English is the most widespread.

 English is the most widely used language in international business, science and foreign affairs. English should be the international language because it is the most widespread language in the world.

Learning English is becoming important for everyone because we live in real life and we should know going on around us in the world.

Thank you, Let’s begin our lesson. Look at the blackboard and read the Chinese proverbs. What do you think about these words? Do you agree or disagree?

Hi! I have been learning English for 5 years. Learning English is important for me because I want to know what is going on around me in the world. The world is rapidly changing in all spheres of life. It is important for all of us to keep up with these changes. In fact, by learning English I come to know many things that I need and want in the world around me.

Ok pupils today we speak about  that English is important today, so who wants tell me about your favourite subject , may be it is not  an English, may be you are like others subjects too.
