языка.
- воспитание интереса к культуре
других народов.
- Формирование творческих
способностей, активной жизненной позиции.

Good morning ladies and gentelmen.boys and girls.
Welcome to our Halloween party! Today is the 29 th of October. In 2 days, on
the 31 st of October people in the USA, Great Britain and some other countries
will celebrate a wonderful holiday – Halloween. Ghosts and witches are free and
you can expect to meet them. In Britain it is a day for fun. There are always a
lot of parties that night. Some people wear masks, others dress as ghosts and
witches. Everybody is happy. At the parties both adults and children have fun,
they play different merry games. Why don’t we have a funny party today too?
Don't be afraid if you see ghosts, goblins and black cats at our party. You’re
divided into two commands
I. First of all we
are going to divide you all into groups,
Well done! Take
your seats and we’ll start our lesson.
Well come to our
party! I want you to watch a short presentation about Halloween.
Well, you all know
about Halloween and today we’ll have a Halloween lesson. You will do some
unusual tasks and learn some new facts about Halloween.
II. How can we
celebrate this party without scare stories and lets listen .It is the first
competition.
1In a dark, dark
wood there is a dark, dark house.
And in a dark, dark house there is a dark, dark room.
And in a dark, dark room there is a dark, dark cupboard.
And in a dark, dark cupboard there is a dark, dark box.
And in a dark, dark box there is a dark, dark g - h - o - s - t.
2 The Big Toe
A woman is
gardening when she digs up a hairy toe. She brings it in the house and puts it
in a jar. When she goes to bed that night, she hears the wind moaning and
groaning and then she hears
“Where is my
Hair-r-r-y To-o-e?”
She creeps further
under the covers as the house creaks and cracks and she again hears,
“Where is my
Hair-r-r-y To-o-e?”
Continue this
story as long as you wish, with more details about the scary noises in the
house and repeating the question “Where is my Hairy Toe” more forcibly
and louder.
Finally, say
“Where is my Hair-r-r-y To-o-e?” in a low, menacing voice and then jump
up, point at the listeners, and scream, “You’ve got it!”

III.OUR first task is
to match the pictures with words.
I’ll give you
pictures and you should passed them on board. Estimate teams

соединяют карточки со словами(witch,ghost,etc.)с картинками героев
праздника.
IV.Работа с
карточками.пока команды отгадывают слова два ученика с разных команд выходят и
пытаются выговорить скороговорку

While the team
guess the words one member of each team will try to say a tong twister. Who is
ready? If two witches were watching two watches which witch would watch
which watch. (One person of each team may go to the corridor and learn
the tong twister. When the team is ready with the words every person will
introduce the proverb.)
V.Now you know
some Halloween characters,and let’s get aquainted with Abra, Wabra,
Dabra and Cadabra.? read carefully
There’re 4 witches.
Guess who is who. Use the clues below.
1. Dabra hasn’t
got a broom.2. Wabra hasn’t got a big hat.
3. Dabra and Abra haven’t got long noses. 4. The fat witch
isn’t Cadabra. 5. Abra isn’t standing next to Wabra.
VI. While celebrating
Halloween you can meet more characters. To know them find the words in the
crossword, the words can go across and down. You have 7 minutes.
VII.When people
celebrate different holidays they sing songs. Today we’ll sing a Halloween song
together. (The children get the words of the song and sing together. The judges
count the scores of the teams and name the results of the lesson.
VIII. Competition ”Guess the riddles”. (слайд с нечистой силой)
1. I flight at night because I don't like light (Bat)
2. I've got a black cat and a big pointed hat. Who am
I? (Witch)
3. I'm scary and white. I come out at night. Who am I?
(Ghost)
4. I'm round on all sides. I've got a light inside.
Who am I? (Jack-o-lantern)
6. I’m yellow or white. I smile on Halloween night.

Now the scariest task .Get out from the
box some parts of body.
remember the worlds; нос,рука,нога,голова,зубы,волосы,
глаза.
X. Halloween adjectives. Each member of the
group has to write adjectives beginning with the letters of the word
“Halloween” (There are 9 letters and try not to repeat the same adjectives!) –
You have 6 minutes!
The judges name the results and give
children sweets. The winners become small presents.
