T greets Ss: “Glad to see you. Let's start our lesson and work together. I hope you are fine. At the beginning of our lesson I want you to show me with the help of these pictures how you are today”.

Warm-up: Reading

Actualization of knowledge:

T tells the class they will talk on the theme “Where do elephants come from? ”  

 T tells the class We will study how to tell about animals  in English.

 

But now, let`s review the previous lesson`s theme- colours, check your homework.

   T: So, the topic of our lesson is “Where do elephants come from?”

Let`s study what  words do we need today? Pupils work with PCs write down the new words.

 

    Listening (Ten yellow chicken)

Pupils listen to the song, sing along.

 

 

 

Reading and writing. Pupils listen to the text “Ringo the dog”, answer the tests and simple questions

 

Speaking (production)

Well, you have worked well. Now, can you tell me  Where do_________s come from?(p111-113)

……    come from ….. (elephants, tigers, pandas, bears, penguins, etc.)
