The theme of the lesson : What should you do to keep


1)The aims of the lesson.

  1. Educational aim: to teach pupils to speak about diseases and their treatment

To practice in reading the text


B) Developing aim: to develop critical thinking, solving the problem

C) Bringing up aim: to bring up healthy way of life


2) The form of the lesson: combined

3) The type of the lessons: Consolidation lesson

4) Visual aids: interactive board, cards, pictures of bad and good habits of health

5) Connection with other subjects: biology, chemistry



The procedure of the lesson


Greeting: Good morning , pupils . I am glad to see you .

Talk between the teacher and pupil on duty.

Warm up:

I am sure that you are full of energy and ready for the lesson . Ihave got a puzzle for you. Here it is. If you solve this puzzle ,you’ll name the theme of your hometask.

III. Checking up the homework:


What was your homework ?

Our hometask was reading the text Health Farm

Tasks: Make diagram of Karen’s new habits and old habits.

Today we’ll discuss about a healthy way of life .

The slogan of the lesson :

Every man is a builder of his body.

If a person wants to be healthy and strong,

what would he do to keep fit ?

Useful and healthy habits

Keeping of a day regime
[kipiη of ә dei rei:jim ]-Күн режимін сақтау

makes your life more regular. It helps you to organize yourself. You have more time for rest and leisure activities. It makes you healthier because you have more time for sleeping either. Especially you need it during your exams.

it is very useful for us. Nowadays our life is too dynamic and nervous and so sport helps to relax. For example, jogging is good for your heart, swimming is good for your arms, cycling is good for your legs and so on.

Airing the room [eiriη Өе ru:m]- бөлмені желдету, тазарту

it helps you to avoid colds. Air your room for 15 minutes every day. If you have allergy do it twice a day with wet cleaning of your flat.

Now, let’s think the proverbs about health:

  1. Health is better than wealth.

  2. Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wize.

  3. An apple a day ,keeps the doctor away

For conclusion I’ll give them the test questions Are you fit ?

Answer each question by putting a tick in one box.

If you have more A score: Congratulations. You are probably very fit.

If you have more B score: Well done. You are probably

fit and not overweight

If you have more C score: You Obviously think about fitness and diet but you should try harder.

If you have more D score: !!!

We’ll finish our lesson with a proverb:
