Входной контроль по учебной дисциплине «Английский язык»

для всех специальностей первого курса СПО

Входной контроль проводится для студентов 1 курса в письменной форме в виде тестового задания.

Целью проведения входного контроля является проверка знаний для начала изучения дисциплины «Английский язык».

Задачи: проверить уровень сформированности универсальных учебных действий в чтении с извлечением нужной информации, лексико-грамматических навыков.

Темы, вынесенные на проверку:

Present Simple, Present Continuous, Future Simple, Past Simple, Past Continuous, Present Perfect, Past Perfect, степени сравнения прилагательных, употребление предлогов.

Для выполнения работы отводится 60 минут.

A Very Modern Picture

A rich American went to Paris and bought a picture from a modern painter. He went back to his hotel and was going to hang the picture on the wall of his sitting-room, but he couldn’t tell which was the top and which was the bottom of the picture. He turned the picture this way and that, this way and that, but he couldn’t tell which was the top and which was the bottom.

At last he thought of a plan. He hung the picture in his sitting-room, ordered dinner for two persons and invited the painter to the meal. When the painter came, the American said nothing to him about the picture.

As the painter was eating his soup, he looked at the picture many times. As he was eating his fish, he looked at the picture again. When the fruit came, he stood up and walked up to the picture to have a better look at it. At last when they were having their coffee, he understood what was wrong.

“My friend,” he said, “my picture is upside-down”.

“Upside-down? It can’t be!” said the American. “Why didn’t you tell me that before?”

“Well, you see, I wasn’t sure myself,” said the painter.
