Future Simple or Present Simple

I (be) glad if some of these hopes (be) realized.
I think he (not know) when Jack (return).
He (become) a doctor when he (grow up).
Future Simple or Present Continuous.
Where you (go) for your next holiday?
I (give) you a lift to work tomorrow if you like.
We (have) a party next Saturday night. You (come)?
Leave a note for them on the table and they (see) it when they (come).
He says he (meet) us at the bus stop, but I, m sure he (forget) about it.
Past Simple or Past Continuous
I (sit) on the bench for half an hour and then (begin) reading a book.

Past Simple or Present Perfect
