  The concept of "dress-code" was born in Great Britain more than hundred years ago
  Nowadays the dress-code is meant a set of rules people rely on choosing a suit. Dress-code also calls a set of demands to the appearance, made by the management to employees, pupils or visitors.

  7. Students, employees and stuff of the Academy
  7.12. Academy students must:
  
  1) acquire knowledge, study in good faith;
  2) comply with the requirements of the basic educational programs of higher education in their chosen field of study (majors);
  3) perform in a timely manner all kinds of tasks from relevant curriculum and the curriculum of higher education;
  4) maintain and grow the best traditions of the Customs Service and the Academy, respect the attributes of state symbols and customs, wear uniform of the Academy with honor;

  7.12. Academy students must:
  5) respect the honor and dignity of other students, staff and employees of the Academy;
  6) always raise the level of general culture, have a neat appearance, to aspire to moral and physical perfection;
  7) to observe the Charter, the rules of the internal labor regulations and duty of the Academy and the customs authorities (for the period of practice), the Rules of Procedure of the Academy and in the dormitory fire safety regulations, other regulations or rules, orders and guidance of the Academy;
  8) to protect the property of the Academy and to bear for its damage liability in the prescribed manner.
