Hi! I’m Yesenia Antonuk.

I’m a very busy person, you know.

First of all, I’m the 8th grade student of school 14 in Gorlovka . I study well because I work hard all the day round to do my lessons. My friends wonder if I have time for anything else but school lessons.

Furthermore, I study at music school and attend sport club. So, you see, I’m a very energetic person.

I hope you remember I can sing and draw well. That’s why I take an active part in any school party.

But I’d like to say a few words about our school youth club “KEY”.  The abbreviation stands for knowledge, education, youth. The motto of the club is “if you understand other people you can understand yourself”.

Students from different classes are the members of the club. Here we get all the school news of a day, share our views with each other, speak English. We try to use every break to exchange information, express your own thoughts and feelings, discuss plots of parties, plan performing meetings with representatives of youth clubs from other schools of our native town. It is my everyday habit for me.

I especially like to communicate with our leader, Yana. She is already a senior student. She is a very smart and easy-going girl. She tries to help where it is possible.

Recently we have hold a training at our school. The friends from six youth clubs of our town took an active part in the training. This meeting had a motto: “We are different but we are together”. Members of our club “KEY” used a lot of different activities and materials to make the event interesting.

The training helped us know each other better. We made new friends. The atmosphere was fantastic there.

Finally I’d like to say our club is a place where you can find friendly, outgoing and a little bit ambitious schoolchildren. I’m sure it can help us become the highest achievers in all walks of life.
