Description of the
lesson
This lesson plan
is built according to The State Educational Standard. It is full of interesting
activities which help to increase pupils’ language skills. The activities can
also be used to practise the Passive Voice, using the superlative and to give
pupils the opportunity to work independently and autonomously.

Theme
of the lesson: Famous statues.
Aims of the lesson:
educational aim:
- to practise the Passive Voice in the affirmative and negative forms;
-to practise talking about some famous statues in Uzbekistan, the
UK and the USA;
developing aim:
-to practise listening and reading for specific information;
-to practise comparing statues using the superlative ;
-to practise talking about a famous statue PP would like to have
using “will”;
upbringing aim:
-to bring pupils up in the spirit of democratic ideals and patriotism;
-
to
learn PP to respect customs and traditions of other countries.

your homework, let’s revise how the Passive Voice is formed.
P1: The structure of the
Present Passive Voice is S+(am, is, are)+V3/Ved+C.
P2: The structure of
the Past Passive Voice is S+(was, were)+V3/Ved+C.
