урока «Healthy
diet for teenagers»
Цель урока: обобщить знания учащихся по теме "Еда и здоровье.
Здоровое питание для подростков", совершенствовать навыки и умения.
Задачи урока:
·
Образовательные: систематизировать знания учащихся по теме
"Еда и здоровье. Здоровое питание для подростков "; совершенствовать
речевые умения, навыки монологической речи, умения высказываться логично,
связно, и продуктивно; активизировать работу каждого учащегося.
·
Развивающие: развивать лексические навыки; развивать навыки
чтения с детальным пониманием содержания текста, развивать навыки аудирования,
развивать мышление, логическую догадку, фантазию при изучении английского
языка; развивать личностную активность, развивать коммуникативные действия.
·
Воспитательные: воспитание позитивного отношения к здоровому
образу жизни и правильному питанию; прививать любовь и желание изучать
иностранный язык через разные формы работы.

ХОД УРОКА
I .Introduction. The objectives of the lesson
Report.
Cadet: Comrade Teacher, study section number 1 is
ready for the English lesson.
Fifteen cadets are present and correct.
There are no illegally absent.
Reported cadet Ivanov.
Teacher: Good morning,
comrade cadets! Glad to see you! At ease! Take your seats and sit down! Today
we are going to speak about the topic "Healthy diet for teenagers", we
are going to continue the theme of the previous lesson concerning Rainbow of
food, Healthy eating. We will talk about food and the influence of diet and
nutrition on our health and well-being.
II. Warming-Up Activities
Teacher: We have
spoken about food, different colours of it. Let’s look at the screen. You can
see the proverb :”The first wealth is health”. How can you explain these words?
Are you agree with them? (Slide 1)
(Cadets answer the questions, explain the words)
Teacher: Now, give
some examples of healthy and unhealthy food/tasty and tasteless food.
(Cadets give examples)
Teacher: I have one
more question: What are the meanings of the word 'diet'?
(Cadets give the definitions and the teacher writes
them on the blackboard)
Teacher: I absolutely agree with your ideas.
III. Listening and reading.
Teacher: Now I will
ask you to open your books at page 105. We are going to listen to the dialog
and after that you have to underline the main problem of one of the characters.
I will give you 10 minutes to choose the best word (A, B,
C, D) for each gap.
(Cadets listen to the dialog, Fill the gaps, read
and translate, discuss the problem)
Teacher: We see that a
lot of problems with our health depend on our diet. Have you ever skip your
breakfast? (Slide 5)
(Cadets read the
information on slides. Introduce their own food on breakfast. )

Teacher: Looking for
more information about healthy diet we found that teens pay very little attention
to proper diet. Look at the blackboard. Your new vocabulary:
1) Nutrition-

2) cholesterol

3) saturated

4) carbohydrates

Teacher: How often do
you visit McD?
:
Describe your favourite snacks using the words from your
new vocabulary.
(Cadets use new words and the information from
texts)
Teacher: What do you
personally think about the eating habits of the teenagers mentioned in the
texts? Would you say that you have a healthy diet? What could you do to improve
your diet?
(cadets answer the questions)
IV. Lexical Activities (Vocabulary revision)
Teacher: To continue
with our revision open your Spotlight Student's Books on page 104 ex. 1, 2,. It’s
time to check your homework. But today we’ll try to solve the problems of
people with the help of your knowledge.
Look at the screen. Problem number one. How can we solve
this problem with the help of food?
And this way cadets answer their homework and do ex. 1
p.105 (slides 11-20)
V. The revision of
information of the lesson. Ex 2,3,4 p. 119 WB
VI. The conclusion.
Teacher: I am quite
satisfied with your work at the lesson today.
VII. Home tasks.
Teacher: It's time to
give you the homework. Be ready for Module 6 test. We are going to write it
next lesson. Ex.3 p. 120.
