We are going to speak about government of UK and make tasks according texts. Work with text. Listening, reading. The name of the Government is the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland(The UK). Head of the state is the Queen, Elizabeth II. Head of the Government is the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister is head of the UK government. He appoints members of the government. He works at Downing Street, 10 in London. Downing Street, 10 is the best government building. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland has no written constitution. Unwritten constitution focuses on statutes, common law and traditional rights. Make a poster. Use pictures and information of UK and Kazakhstan. Look at the exercise №5 Read the text and finish the sentences.			The name of the Government is the Republic of Kazakhstan. Head of the State is the President Nursultan Abishuly  Nazarbayev. The Republic of Kazakhstan is a unitary state with the presidential system of government. Under the Constitution, Kazakhstan is a democratic, secular, legal and social state which recognizes the man, his life, rights and freedoms as the supreme values of the country. Kazakhstan gained independence on December 16, 1991. Astana is the capital city of the country. Kazakh language is the official language of Kazakhstan. The Russian language has the status of the language of interethnic communication. The unit of currency used in Kazakhstan is tenge. The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the head of state, the highest political official, who determines the main directions of the domestic and foreign policy of the country and represents Kazakhstan on the international arena. The President is a symbol and guarantor of the national unity and the state power, inviolability of the Constitution, as well as the rights and freedoms of an individual and citizen. a)      The Prime Minister appoints members of Government. b)      He works at Downing Street, 10 in London. c)      The country has no written  constitution. d)      Unwritten constitution focuses on statutes, common law and traditional rights.

Аяқталуы 3 min	As a conclusion I would like continue speaking of government of UK and pay your attention to the text p.70, ex.2 “The Parliament of the United Kingdom”.			The Parliament of the United Kingdom. The Parliament of the United Kingdom has 3 elements: The Queen, the House of Commons and the House of Lords. They meet at the State Opening of Parliament. The House of Commons is the Lower House of the Parliament, it has 646 elected members of Parliament (MPs). The Prime Minister is an MP and part of the House of Commons. The House of Lords is the Upper house of the Parliament. They are Lords. At the moment the House of Lords has 731 seats and the house of Commons has 646 seats. Parliament is separate from the government. Its role is to: -          Look at what the government is doing -          Debate issues and pass new laws -          Set taxes The place of the Parliament is in the House of Parliament is in the House of Parliament in Westminster in London.
