Урок английского языка в 9 классе на тему «Инфинитив и его функция в предложении».
Цели: - формирование грамматических навыков по теме «Инфинитив и его функция в предложении»;
- развитие навыков диалогической речи;
- активизация лексических навыков по теме «Конфликт».

Ход урока.
I. Организация начала урока.
T: Good morning, pupils! I’m very glad to see you, sit down please. How are you today?
P1: I’ fine thank you! And you?
P2: I’m brilliant, and you?
P3: I’m OK, thank you. And you?
T: Who is on duty today?
P: I’m on duty today.
T: OK, let’s start our lesson.
II.Фонетическая разминка.
T: Look at the screen [слайд 1]. There are some parts of the words on the topic “Conflict” on it. Your task is to make as many sentences as possible using these parts.
Possible variants: beauty, final, special, contact, relationships, sign, reunion, conservative.
III. Формирование грамматических навыков.
T: We often use the Infinitive in the English sentences. Let’s remember what the Infinitive is, look at the screen [слайды 2-4]. As you’ve mentioned, the Infinitive can be the subject, the part of the predicate and the attribute. Let’s read and translate the examples from ex.10 p.105. You see, that the Infinitive can also express the purpose. Look at ex.11 a) p.105 Read and translate the following sentences.

Where is the Infinitive?
P: The verb to speak.
T: Yes, you are quite right. So who would like to read the first sentence?
P1: My aim is to speak English fluently.
T: That’s right. What part of the sentence is the Infinitive in this case?
P1: Part of the predicate.
T: Very well. Next sentence.
P2: I want to speak English fluently. It’s the object.
P3: I have nobody to speak English to. The attribute.
P4: To speak English fluently is very important in modern life. The subject.
T: How clever of you!
IV. Физминутка.

V. Закрепление и активизация грамматических навыков.
T: Now we are going to work with ex.12 p.106 The task is to read the sentences and rephrase them. I give you 3 minutes to do the task. Who is ready to start?
The next task for you is ex.13 p.106. Look at the picture, whom do you see?
P: The mother and her son.
T: Let’s read the example. Now read the questions and answer them using the Infinitive form. Who would like to be the first?
VI. Подведение итогов, домашнее задание.
T: Very well. Did you enjoy the lesson? What new grammar information did you learn today? Are there any questions? Open your record books and write down the hone task: ex.4, 5, 6 p.44 in your workbooks.
