The aims of the lesson: to enrich pupils
knowledge about Kazakhstan; to teach to work creatively; to develop pupils’
skills in oral speech and reading. To bring up the patriots of the Motherland,
being able to protect it.

I.Organization moment.
Teacher: today we are going to speak about
our motherland-Kazakhstan.
The lesson is begins with the state
anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

colours: blue and yellow; it has the sun, the eagle and the national ornament.

Kazakhstan is situated in the south of
Commonwealth and occupies an area 2700 000 square kilometers. It borders with
the Chinese people’s Republic in the east, with Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan,
Turkmenistan in the south and Russia in the north and west.
Sharply continental and extremely droughty
climate. Large rivers run to the Republic’s territory. These are the Irtysh,
Ural, Syrdarya, Ishym, TOBOL, Ili and Shu. The Republic’s fauna and flora are
very rich. Kazakhstan is a great scientific and cultural center. Kazakhstan
intends to strength an relations with all highly developed industrialized
countries. Kazakhstan is the multinational state. Over 130 nationalities
inhabiting Kazakhstan pursue the principles of peaceful coexistence and
cooperation and snow an example of good neighborhood and harmony in living with
different nations. On the 1st of December 1991 the first President
in the history of Kazakhstan was unanimously elected.
N.A.Nazarbayev
became the President of the republic of Kazakhstan. On the 16th
December 1991 the Supreme Soviet declared the state Sovereignty of the Kazakh
Republic – a democratic state conducting its own home foreign policy. In August
1995 the new Constitution was adopted. From November 15. 1993 Kazakhstan has
its own national currency. In October 1991 the first Kazakh spaceman. Hero of
the Soviet Union Tohtar Aubakirov made his flight. “May it be so!”

1854-was founded as a
fortress verny.
1867-became a city.
1911-was renamed as
Almaty.
1929-1998-was the capital.
Astana:
1830-was founded as a
fortress.
1832-1961-was named as
Tselinograd.
Since 1998-the capital named as
Astana.
