“Jeopardy!”
Цели: закрепление изученного
лексического и грамматического материала.
Задачи:
Образовательные:
расширять лингвистический и страноведческий кругозор учащихся; активизировать
интеллектуальную деятельность через использование формы игры.
Развивающие:
развивать познавательную активность и умения применять полученные знания в
новой коммуникативной ситуации; логическое мышление; интеллектуальные и
творческие способности; формировать мотивацию к изучению английского языка.
Воспитательные:
развивать умение работать в команде; воспитание культуры общения.
Оборудование: мультимедийный
проектор, компьютер, презентация игры (PowerPoint), интерактивная доска, аудио-техника,
письменные принадлежности.
Ход мероприятия
Организационный этап.
Teacher: Hello,
boys and girls!
Glad
to see you. Do you like playing games? Today you have a chance to take part in
our game.
Each game has its own
rules and our game has too. Please listen to them carefully. We have 6 categories (A missing
verb, find the mistake, sounds, make up a question, vocabulary and riddles). Each category
contains 6 questions of 50,100,150,200,250,300 points. It depends on the
difficulty of the question. You
choose the category and the question. The captain of the team reads the
question aloud. You have 30 seconds to think about answer. If you give a right
answer, you will get the points. If
you give the wrong answer the other team has the opportunity to give their
answer. If the answer is incorrect nobody gets points.
There are Auction
questions. If a team chooses this question it has to make a stake to play in
the game, otherwise the question can be “re-bought” by the other team.
There is a “A Pig in a
Poke”. The team can answer the question or give it to the next team.
The team which will have
the most points is a winner.
