-Today
we shall have a competition and remember the topic «Free Time». There will be 2
teams and each team will have a captain. Let s devide into teams, please. You
will take the stars from my table and those who have green stars will be the
first team and the pupils with red stars will be the second team.
- Now think of the
names of your team and choose the captain for your team.

we shall remember the names of different hobbies. If you give the right answer
you will have a star. The first team will begin our game.

Listen me , please and
try guess the word. It will be the name of the hobby. The game is called “
Guess the word I shall describe”. Now the 2 team will be the 1 team to guess.
a). People like to sing
songs to them. They often visit different concerts or watch musical programmes
on TV. Some of them can play the piano, the flute or the violin. (music)
b). Such people like to
visit different cities, town and historical places. Some people even visit
other countries. They can travel by car, by plane, by train, by bus or on foot.
This hobby helps them to learn the history, geography and traditions of

The next task for you is
to make up a story for the ½ team and asked them to guess the hobby you will
describe. The following word combinations will help you. Don t forget you mustn
t name the hobby, another team will guess it.
Каждая команда
получает карточку с названием хобби и списком словосочетаний. Надо использовать
эти словосочетания для описания хобби. Другая команда должна угадать слово.( 5

представляют свои заранее подготовленные рассказы, члены противоположной
команды могут задавать вопросы.( темы любые: визит в театр, или в музей…)

Команды выполняют
грамматическое задание на карточках. Past Indefinite
, Present Indefinite
. За каждый правильно употреблённый глагол- 1 звезда. Задание
проверяется
по
ключу.
9. Подведение
итогов
Our competition is over
and we can count all the stars you have .How many stars has the first/ second
team got? So you see they are the winners today. Thank you for your work. You
were active today and I am sure you liked our games and task.
10. Домашнее
задание
-You will prepare the
words on the topic “Free time” for the test at home.
