and Weather

текст.
There are four seasons in a
year: spring, summer, autumn and winter.
In spring the weather is warm. Days become longer, nights become
shorter. The ground is covered with green grass. Trees are covered with green
leaves. Birds sing beautiful songs.
In summer the weather is warm
and sometimes hot. Days are long, nights are short in summer. Children swim in
the river or in the pond. They don't go to school. They have summer holidays.
Children like summer very much.
In autumn the weather is cool
and sometimes cold. Days become shorter, nights become longer. But autumn is a
beautiful season. Trees are yellow, red and brown. It often rains. Children go
to school.
In winter the weather is cold.
Days are short, nights are long. It often snows in winter. The ground, trees
and houses are covered with snow. Children like winter. They can ski and skate a lot.
