Ход урока.
1. Приветствие

Good morning, students. Sit down please. Glad to see you. How are you?

–
What did you do yesterday? Did you read a book? What kind of books do you
prefer to read? What is your favourite book? What is your favourite
character?
– So, Reading is not only popular in Russia but in Britain as well. What famous
characters from English books do you know? (Harry Potter, Peter Pan…)
– Today we’re going to meet some of them and to meet new characters from
English books. Look at the screen, please.

character. And your classmate will ask you yes/no questions to find out
who the character is. Use the module on the screen. – Is it a man?

– We can not
only describe the characters, but our relatives, parents, friends as well. Now
you will work in pairs. One of you will ask the questions about your friends or
a family and your partner will answer, then you’ll change your roles.
Look at the screen. This table can help you make up the conversation.
