Цель урока: Способствовать развитию коммуникативных умений и навыков устной речи по теме «Внешность»

Форма урока: урок закрепления знаний, выработки умений и навыков.

Предметные результаты:

в чтении:

- умения правильно читать и понимать лексические единицы по теме, выбирать требуемую информацию.

в говорении:

- умение вести мини-диалог с учителем; умение отвечать на вопросы по теме; умение составлять короткие высказывания по теме урока; использовать в речи притяжательный падеж имени существительного.

- умение рассказывать о внешности персонажей сказок, о внешности людей;

в аудировании:

-развитие умения и навыка воспринимать на слух англоязычную речь с опорой на иллюстрацию, извлекать запрашиваемую информацию из услышанного;

в письме:

-формирование умения делать подписи к рисункам, правильно оформлять речь на письме;

Метапредметные результаты:

результатами изучения темы является формирование личностных, регулятивных, познавательных и коммуникативных УУД.

Личностные УУД: принятие своей роли ученика, формирование положительного отношения к процессу познания, мотива учебной деятельности, личностного смысла учения,  развитие навыков сотрудничества в разных ситуациях, самостоятельности;

 Регулятивные УУД: планировать свои действия в соответствии с поставленной задачей, умение осуществлять контроль и оценку своей деятельности ее коррекцию.

Познавательные УУД: умение структурировать свои знания по теме, ориентироваться в системе своих знаний; успешно осуществлять использование речевых средств, опираясь  на учебную ситуацию и личный опыт; умение действовать по схеме, заданному плану, выстраивать стратегию для дальнейшего выполнения соответствующих действий;

Коммуникативные УУД: умение строить речевые высказывания; умение  слушать аудиозапись, учителя, класс и собеседника и правильно реагировать на предлагаемые фразы;  вступать в мини-диалог с учителем и диалог по заданной ситуации с собеседником.

Ресурсы: презентация, компьютер, аудиосистемы, мультимедийный проектор, карточки с заданиями для парной и групповой работы, листы самооценки.

Используемые технологии: коммуникативно-ориентированного обучения,  технология личностно-ориентированного обучения, игрового обучения, проблемное обучение;

 Introduction.

T. Hello, boys and girls!

P. Hello, teacher!

T. I’m glad to see you, sit down, please. Well, how are you today?

P. We are fine, thanks. 

T Oh, I see you look great today. You are so tidy and neat, your uniforms suit you very much.

Look at these pictures, listen to me and guess what we are going to do at our lesson today.

The theme of our lesson is «We Can Describe Everyone». (Slide 2)  

Today we are going to talk about appearance of people and fairy tale characters. You’ll get a star for every right answer. At the end of the lesson you’ll count them and get marks. (Приложение 1)

 I. Phonetic drill.

-Look at the screen, please.  (Slide 3)

 Let’s read and translate a poem “My Sister Is Pretty” sentence by sentence.

My sister is pretty, my sister is nice.

She’s got a snub nose and beautiful eyes.

Her full lips are rosy, her cheeks are rosy too,

Her hair is curly, her eyes are blue.

Her little face is round, her ears are small.

I love my dear sister best of all, best of all.

- Work in pairs now. Read the poem to each other. (Приложение 2)

II. Warming-up.

Children, look! We have a very funny guest at our lesson. (Slide 4)

What is his name? (His name is Neznaika.)

You are right.  His name is Neznaika. He wants to describe this pretty girl from the poem “My Sister Is Pretty”, but he makes some mistakes. Let’s correct him.

1.   I like this girl. She is ugly. Do you agree? (I disagree. She is pretty.)

2.   The girl’s nose is straight. Do you agree?  (I disagree. The girl’s nose is snub.)

3.   Her eyes are so small. Do you agree?  (I disagree. Her eyes are beautiful.)

4.   Her lips are red. Do you agree?  (I disagree. Her lips are rosy.)

5.   Her face is oval. Do you agree?  (I disagree. Her little face is round.)

6.Her ears are big. Do you agree?  (I disagree. Her ears are small.)

  Teacher:  You did a great work. I am pleased with you.

III. Checking homework.

-It’s time to check up your homework. Your home task was to describe Buratino. (Slide 5)  

Let’s play the game “Snowball”. Everybody will say one sentence one by one. The pupil who doesn’t know what to say comes out of the game. The pupil who says the last sentence gets two stars. Let’s start.

Buratino is a doll.

Buratino’s head is big.

Buratino’s nose is long.

Buratino’s ears are big.

Buratino’s face is round.

Buratino’s hair is short and fair.

Buratino’s eyes are green.

(Slide 9) Now we are going to read the descriptions of these fairy tale characters.

Mach the pictures with the texts. Do you know them? Name them. (Snow White, Ariel, Karlson)

1.   This girl is a princess. This girl is very beautiful. The girl’s hair is dark and her eyes are brown. She lives in a wood with seven dwarfs. All the animals and birds like her. (Snow White)

2.   This character likes to play tricks. He is very kind. He is fat. His friend is a little boy. This character can fly.( Karlson)

3.   This girl is good at swimming and singing. Her hair is red and her eyes are blue. She is a mermaid.( Ariel)

(Slide 10) Look, children! What’s this? It’s an ad. (the teacher translates this word)

Who wrote the ad? I think Karabas-Barabas put up this ad. Let’s read it.

Children! Let’s change the words in the description of Buratino. We must help Buratino to run away.

Teacher: Well done! Karabas-Barabas will not find our friend Buratino.

VII. Speaking.

1)  (Slide 11)  Now, children. Let’s describe a boy or a girl of our class. Your task is to guess who it is? You may ask questions to clasify who this student is. Make use of the substitution table:
