занятия:
Обучающие:

Изучить традиции английского завтрака.

Изучить рецепты традиционных британских блюд, уметь рассказать о
них.
·
Систематизировать лексику по теме «Еда», «Праздники».
·
Разработать сценарии театрализованного представления выбранного
традиционного британского блюда страны для каждого класса.

Mix the flour and the baking powder. Add the
butter, sugar, raisins, an egg and milk. Roll out the pastry to about 1 cm
thick. Cut out rounds. Bake 15-20 minutes in a hot oven. Enjoy it.
Scrambled Eggs
Break three eggs and drop them in a bowl. Add
some salt and some milk. Mix the eggs with a spoon. Oil the pan. Put it on the
stove to heat it up. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook it. Put it on
your plate and eat it. Enjoy it.
A
Slice of Toast
Cut
a slice of bread. Put it in the toaster. Put the toast on your plate. Put some
butter on it. Put some jam on the toast. Enjoy it.

MUFFINS
Muffin
is a typical English dessert. There are two types of muffins^ English and
American.
Muffins
are small cakes. It is a variant of corn bread.
The
grand-grandfather of today’s muffins was not so sweet and there weren’t so many
varieties.
It
was quickly and simply to cook muffins, that’s why the English people began to
prepare them for breakfast. They had not so many recipes at that time. They
used corn, wheat or oats and some additional ingredients (raisins, apples,
nuts). Today there is also a special mixture for the cooking muffins.
Additional ingredients such as candied fruits or nuts give aroma and specific
taste.
In
the UK there are some cafes which offer different types of muffins. Muffins are
popular in Australian and in New Zealand.
What do you need to cook
muffins?
ü 2 eggs
ü 1 tin condensed
milk (not boiled)
ü 4 tbsp heated
flour
ü 1tsp baking powder
ü 100g sour cream
Mix
flour and baking powder. Add eggs, condensed milk, sour cream and mix all
ingredients very well. Wait 10 minutes and pour into silicone forms. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Bon
appetit!!!
